1797-1798 Yıllarına Ait Tokat Şer'iyye Sicilinde Yer Alan Belgelerin Sosyal ve Ekonomik Yönden Tahlili

Abstract

Osmanlı Tarihi ile ilgili yerel çalısmalarda Ser`iyye Sicilleri birinci el kaynak olma özelligine sahiptir. Bu çalısma Tokat sehrinin 18.yy. son çeyregine ısık tutmak ve 18.yy.'ın sonunda Tokat'ın siyasal, sosyal, ekonomik ve kültürel durumunun aydınlatılmasına katkıda bulunmak amacıyla hazırlanmıstır. Bu çalısmada 1797-1798 Yılları Tokat Ser`iyye Sicilinin tam transkripsiyonu, özeti ve belgelerin sosyal ve ekonomik yönden degerlendirilmesi yapılmıstır. ncelenen kısımda 292 kayıt bulunmaktadır. 1797?1798 tarihleri arasında tutulan bu kayıtlar; tereke tespit ve taksim hücceti, satıs ilamı, izinnameler, vekâlet, nafaka, alacak dâvâları, verâset ve vekâlet dâvâlarından olusmaktadır. Bunlar içinde verâset dâvâları çogunluktadır.

Religious Law documents are first hand resources in the local studies related to the Ottoman History. This study aims to shed light on the last quarter of eighteenth century of Tokat and to contribute to investigation of social, economic and cultural aspects of the district of Tokat during the late of 18th century. In this study, the 1797-1798 years of Tokat Religious Law Document, its full transcription and evaluation of the documents in terms of social, economic and cultural aspects have been done. In the study, 292 records have been analyzed. These records include the following topics: inheritance, buying and selling actions, representation, etc. However, the most trials are related to the trials of inheritance.
