Leiomyoma of the Renal Vein

Abstract

Leiomyomas are benign mesenchymal tumors that rarely occur in the kidney. These tumors are usually small asymptomatic and often detected incidentally. Symptomatic large tumors are very rare. In this paper, we present a 52-year-old man who had left flank pain and detected a mass in the left kidney hilus. © 2009 OMÜ Tüm Haklari Saklidir.
