Orta ve Batı Karadeniz Bölgesinde Yayılış Gösteren Bazı Endemik Onosma L. (Boraginaceae) Türleri Üzerinde Morfolojik, Anatomik ve Ekolojik Bir Araştırma

Abstract

ORTA VE BATI KARADENİZ BÖLGESİNDE YAYILIŞ GÖSTEREN BAZI ENDEMİK ONOSMA L. (BORAGINACEAE) TÜRLERİ ÜZERİNDE MORFOLOJİK, ANATOMİK VE EKOLOJİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Bu çalışmada Onosma L. cinsinin endemik O.bracteosum, O.isauricum, O. bornmuelleri ve O.stenolobum türleri fenolojik, morfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik yönden incelenmiştir. Türlere ait örnekler Batı ve Orta Karadeniz Bölgesinden toplanmıştır. Morfolojik incelemelerde türlerin teşhisine yarayan morfolojik karakterler belirlenerek türler arası benzerlik ve farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Anatomik incelemelerde, türlerin kök, gövde, yaprak, çiçek kısımlarından alman enine kesitler incelenmiş, türler arasında anatomik yönden büyük oranda farklılıklar gözlenmemiştir. Farklılıklara daha çok yapraklarda mezofil tabakasında, korollada ise epidermis hücrelerinde rastlanmıştır. Türlerin vejetatif ve generatif gelişme dönemlerinde toprakaltı ve topraküstü kısımlarda N, P ve K analizleri yapılmıştır. Vejetatif gelişme döneminde N, P ve K konsantrasyonları topraküstü kısımlarında yüksek, buna karşılık generatif gelişme döneminde ise toprakaltı kısımlarındaki N, P ve K konsantrasyonlarının daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Aynı lokalitelerden alınan toprak örneklerinde de bazı fiziksel ve kimyasal analizler yapılmıştır. Toprak analizlerinin sonuçlarına göre toprakta bulunan N, P ve K konsantrasyonu ve organik madde oranları vejetatif dönemde generatif döneme oranla daha fazladır. Türler genellikle orta veya düşük derecede kireçli, tuz oranı düşük, nötr ve hafif bazik topraklan tercih etmektedir. Anahtar KelimelerıEndemik, Onosma, Morfoloji, Anatomi, Ekoloji

11 MORPHOLOGICAL, ANATOMICAL AND ECOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION ON SOME ENDEMIC ONOSMA L. (BORAGINACEAE) SPECIES DISTRIBUTED IN MIDDLE AND WEST BLACK SEA REGION ABSTRACT In this study, endemic O.bracteosum, O.isauricum, O.bornmuelleri and O. stenolobum species of Onosma L. genus were investigated by view of phenology, morphology, anatomy and ecology. The species were collected from West and Middle Blacksea Region. The similarities and differences between species were determined following the identification of morphological diagnostic characters. In anatomical studies, the cross sections of species root, stem, leaf and floral parts were examined, no significant difference was observed between species. The difference was determined mesophyll layer of leaves and epidermal cells of corolla. The analysis of N, P and K was carried out during the vegetative and generative growth phases in both above and under ground parts of species. During the vegetative growth phases, N, P and K concentrations were found to be higher in the above ground parts; however during the generative phases N, P and K concentrations were found to be higher in the underground parts. Soil samples were taken from same localities and some physical and chemical analyses were carried out. According to the results of soil analysis N, P and concentrations and organic matter contents were found to be higher in the vegetative growth period as compared with the generative growth period.
