Hadislerde Mahremiyet Olgusu

Abstract

Türkçe lügatlerde mahremiyet kelimesi; 'gizlilik, gizli durum, sır, başkalarından saklanan, başkalarının görmesini duymasını bilmesini istemediği şey' anlamına gelmektedir. Mahremiyet olgusu, insanın varlığıyla birlikte temel bir kavram olarak varlığını sürdürmüştür. İnsanlık tarihindeki en eski dönemlerde bile mahremiyet duygusunun varlığına işaret edilmektedir. Bu durum, insanın doğasında yer alan bir özellik olarak kabul edilir ve insan var olduğu sürece mahremiyet kavramı da geçerliliğini korur. Bundan önceki dönemlerde, iletişim araçlarının sınırlı olması sebebiyle, toplumlar arasındaki etkileşim oldukça kısıtlıydı. Ancak günümüzde, internet ve sosyal medyanın yaygın kullanımıyla birlikte, toplumlar arasındaki etkileşim hızla artmıştır. Bu nedenle, mahremiyet olgusu toplumumuzda giderek artan bir ihtiyaç haline gelmiş ve önem kazanmıştır. Çalışmamız giriş, iki bölüm ve sonuçtan meydana gelmektedir. Giriş kısmında çalışmanın konusu, hedefleri, özgün değeri ve araştırma yöntemleri ele alınmıştır. Tezin ilk bölümünde, mahremiyetle ilgili temel kavramlar incelenmektedir. Özellikle 'tecessüs', 'haya' ve 'mahremiyet' gibi kavramlar açıklanmıştır. İslam öncesi dönemde mahremiyet kavramı ele alınmış, Kur'an-ı Kerim ve tefsirlerde mahremiyetin nasıl anlaşıldığı ve İslam hukukundaki yeri incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, mahremiyetin görüldüğü alanlar ve bunların boyutları Kütüb-i sitte'de geçen hadisler çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır.

In Turkish dictionaries, the word privacy means 'privacy, secret situation, secret, something hidden from others, something that is not wanted by others to see, hear or know'. The concept of privacy has continued to exist as a basic concept along with the existence of man. Even in the oldest periods of human history, the existence of a sense of privacy is pointed out. This situation is accepted as a characteristic inherent in man and as long as man exists, the concept of privacy also maintains its validity. In previous periods, due to the limited means of communication, interaction between societies was quite limited. However, today, with the widespread use of the internet and social media, interaction between societies has increased rapidly. For this reason, the concept of privacy has become an increasing need in our society and has gained importance. Our study consists of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion. The subject of the study, its objectives, original value and research methods are discussed in the introduction. The basic concepts related to privacy are examined in the first section of the thesis. In particular, concepts such as 'spying', 'modesty' and 'privacy' are explained. The concept of privacy in the pre-Islamic period was discussed, how privacy was understood in the Quran and its interpretations and its place in Islamic law were examined. In the second part, the areas where privacy is seen and their dimensions are discussed within the framework of the hadiths in Kutub-i Sitte..
