Aile Hekimliği Uzmanlık Öğrencilerinin ve Diğer Branş Uzmanlık Öğrencilerinin Sendikal Bilgi Algı ve Tutumları Ayrıca Sendika Üyesi Olanların Sendikal Bağlılığını Değerlendirme

Abstract

Sendikalar, gelişmiş demokratik toplumların en önemli unsurlarından biridir. Sendikal örgütlenme ile beraber ortaya konan çalışmalar, toplumların gelişmesine ciddi katkılarda bulunur. Bu örgütlenme modeli bir takım kanunlarla belirlense de, çalışanların düşünce ve deneyimleri sendikal çalışmanın dinamiğini oluşturur. Avrupa ve Amerika'daki örneklere baktığımız zaman sadece hekimlere yönelik bile mebzul miktarda sendika vardır. İngiltere'de BMA(British Medical Association), MPU (Medical Practioners Union), Fransa'da FMF (Federation of France Doctors), Norveç'te NMA(Norwey Medical Assocation), Amerika'da AMA(Amerikan Medikal Assocation), Kanada'da CMA(Canadian Medikal Assocation) ve son olarak Kenya'da bile 2012'de kurulan KMP (The Kenya Medical Practitioners) bunlara örnek olarak verilebilir. Bununla da kalmayıp, Amerika'da intörn ve uzmanlık öğrencileri Committee of Interns or Residents (CIRSEIU) adı altında sendika kurup, seslerini bu çatı altında dile getirmektedirler. Dünya bu gelişmelere sahne iken, ülkemiz ve özellikle hekimlerimiz sendikalaşma konusunda maalesef her zaman mesafeli bir tavır takınmışlardır. Araştırmamızda uzmanlık öğrencilerinin sendikal bilgi, algı ve tutumları incelenmiş olup; aile hekimliği uzmanlık öğrencileri ile diğer branş uzmanlık öğrencilerinin birbiriyle mukayesesi yapılmıştır. Sendika üyeliği olan uzmanlık öğrencilerinde ise sendikal bağlılığı değerlendirmek amaçlanmıştır.

Trade unions are one of the most important elements of modernized democratical societies. The seminal studies that revealed along with the unionisation make crucial contributions to the development of the societies. In spite of the fact that this pattern of organization is determined in line with a set of legislations, the opinions and experiences of the employees constitute the dynamics of union work. When we look at the samples in Europe and America, we see that there is trade union beyond measure only for the physicians. BMA(British Medical Association) MPU (Medical Practioners Union) in England, FMF (Federation of France Doctors) in France, NMA (Norwey Medical Assocation) in Norway, AMA(Amerikan Medikal Assocation) in America, CMA(Canadian Medikal Assocation) in Canada and one that is called KMP (The Kenya Medical Practicioners) that was established in 2012 even in Kenya can be shown as an example to this. On top of that, intern and residents in America formed a union under the name of Committee of Interns or Residents (CIRSEIU) and make themselves heard under the titles of this union. While the whole world is a stage for these developments, our country and our practicioners, unfortunately, always exhibited a distant attitude towards the idea of forming a union of practicioners. In our study, we examiend the the perceptions, attitudes and knowledge of the residents of the idea of unionization; the comparison of the family medicine residents and the residents of other branches was also given place in this study. It was also aimed to evaluate the union commitment of the residents who were a member of the union.
