Abstract
TÜRKİYE İÇİN ENDEMİK OLAN Arum euxinumL. (ARACEAE) ÜZERİNDE MORFOLOJİK, ANATOMİK VE EKOLOJİK BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Bu çalışmada Arum L. cinsine ait Arum euxinum L. (Araceae) türünün morfolojik, anatomik ve ekolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Morfolojik olarak yaprak genişliği, skap uzunluğu, spata uzunluğu, spadix uzunluğu, dişi ve erkek çiçek uzunluğu, üst verimsiz kısım uzunluğu ve appendix uzunluğu yönünden bizim topladığımız örnekler ile Türkiye florasında verilen ölçümler arasında farklılıkların olduğu belirlenmiştir. Anatomik yönden, A. euxinum' \m özellikleri diğer Arum türlerine benzemektedir. En dikkat çekici özellik tüm kısımlarda geniş hava boşluklarının bulunmasıdır. Bunun yanısıra, kök ksilem kollarının sayısı 5 tanedir. Yaprak, unifasiyal tiptedir. Stomalar anamositiktir. Ekolojik olarak; vejetatif dönemde genellikle toprak üstü kısımlarda N, P ve K konsantrasyonları, toprak altı kısımlarına göre daha yüksektir. Generatif dönemde ise bu durumun tam tersi gözlenmiştir. Yapılan istatistiksel değerlendirmede toprak üstü ve toprak altı kısımlar arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Bunun nedeni tüm geofit bitkilerde gözlenen top senesenstir. Ancak Bafra ve Merzifon'dan toplanan örneklerde bazı farklılıkların olduğu görülmüştür. Anahtar Kelimeler: Arum euxinum, Morfoloji, Anatomi, Ekoloji

(ARACEAE), AN ENDEMIC PLANT FOR TURKEY ABSTRACT In this study, morphological, anatomical and ecological properties of Arum euxinum belonging to Arum L. (Araceae) were investigated. Morphologically, there were some differences between our specimens and the measurements which given in Flora of Turkey in terms of leaf width, leaf length, scape length, spata length, spadix length, male and female flower length, upper steril zone length and appendix length. Anatomically, the properties of Arum euxinum were somewhat similar to the other Arum L. species. The most prominent feature anatomically is the presence of wide air cavities (aerenchyma) in all parts. In addition to this, there were five xyleme arches in roots. Leaves are unifacial-types. Stomata are anomocytic. In vegetative growth period N, P and K (%) concertrations were higher in above ground parts as compared to below ground parts. However, in generative growth period below ground parts were higher nutrient concertrations on the contrary to vegetative growth period. The main cause of that situations is top senescence which is a characteristic feature for all geophytic plants.
