Ortaokul Görsel Sanatlar Dersi Öğretmenlerinin Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nın Fatih Projesiyle Bağlantılı Olarak Sunmuş Olduğu Eba (Eğitim Bilişim Ağı) Sosyal Platformunun Kullanımı Hakkındaki Görüşleri

Abstract

Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile birlikte her alanda olduğu gibi eğitim alanında da bilişim kültürü önem kazanmıştır. Eğitimin geleceğe yeni kapılar açması, ancak eğitimde bilişim kültürünü yaygınlaştırmak, bu kültürün eğitim öğretimin bütün paydaşları tarafından sevilerek benimsenmesi ile mümkün olacaktır. Görsel Sanatlar Dersi, sanatın önemini anlatan, öğrencinin aktif olarak eğitimin içinde yer aldığı, yaparak yaşayarak öğrendiği, çağı yakından takip edip buna uygun ürünler ortaya çıkarttığı çok yönlü bir derstir. Görsel içeriklere ulaşmak, dünya çapında yeniliklerden farklı sanat alanlarından haberdar olmak, sürekli olarak gelişen teknolojinin hızına yetişmek için oldukça önemlidir. Ülkemizde eğitimde teknoloji kullanımı ile ilgili yeni projeler tasarlanmıştır. Bilişim teknolojilerinin okul içinde ve okul dışında kullanılmasının etkili hale getirilmesi için Fatih projesine bağlantılı olarak sosyal bir eğitim platformu olan EBA tasarlanmıştır. Bu tez Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından Fatih Projesine bağlantılı olarak ortaya konulmuş sosyal bir eğitim platformu olan, 'www.eba.gov.tr' adresli, EBA (Eğitim Bilişim Ağı) hakkında öğretmenlerin; yaş, cinsiyet, deneyim değişkenlerine bağlı olarak alınan görüşleri taranarak elde edilen sonuçlar arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya koymayı amaçlamıştır. Bu konuda görsel sanatlar öğretmenlerinin görüşleri alınmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre görsel sanat eğitiminde teknolojik imkânlar çok önemlidir. Özellikle temiz içeriğe ulaşmak ve öğrencinin güvenilir bir platformda araştırma yapabilmesini sağlamak açısından, EBA platformu gelişmekte olan bir platform olup gelecek için ümit vaat etmektedir.

With the development of technology, informatics has gained importance in education as well as in other fields. In order for education to open new doors to the future, it is necessary to disseminate the informatics culture and to adopt this culture willingly by all partners of education. The Visual Arts Course is a versatile course where students actively take a role in lessons. This course teaches students the significance of art, how to follow and create products in modern era. To keep up with the speed of developing technology and to be aware of different art fields from world-wide innovations, it is crucial to reach visual contents. New projects have been designed for the use of technology in education in our country. EBA was designed as a social education platform in connection with the Fatih project in order to make the actively use of informatics inside and outside the school. This thesis was dedicated to investigate the teachers' opinion on 'EBA (Education&Informatics Network) Platform' (created by Ministry of National Education, www.eba.gov.tr) through survey and to enlighten the relationship between the results obtained by variables such as age, gender and experience. The views of the visual arts teachers were taken on this topic. According to the findings of the study, technological capabilities are very important in teaching of visual arts. The 'EBA Platform' is a promising network for the future, especially in order to provides safe contents for the students and enable them to perform reliable research.
