Karotid Sinüs Denervasyonunun Postoperatif Kan Basıncı Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Kliniğimizde baş-boyun kanseri nedeniyle boyun diseksiyonu uygulanan hastalarda, karotid sinüsün lokal anestezik infiltrasyonu ile denerve edilmesinin, postoperatif dönemde kan basıncı üzerine etkileri araştırılarak ilgili literatürün,ışığı altında konu tartışılmıştır.In the head and neck cancer patients who underwent radical neck dissection, the influence of the denervation with the infiltration of local anaesthitics of the carotid sinüs on blood pressure of the patients in the post operative period was investigated and compared with the literature.
