Samsun İlinde Ev Tozu Akarı Türlerinin Belirlenmesi ve Alerjik Astım İle Arasındaki İlişkinin Ortaya Konulması

Abstract

Ev tozu içerisindeki alerjenlerden en önemlisi ev tozu akarları olup alerjik astım, rinit, dermatit, ürtiker ve anjioödem gibi hastalıklara neden olmaktadır. Karadeniz Bölgesi, nemli ve ılıman bir iklime sahip olduğundan ev tozu akarlarının gelişimi için uygun bir bölgedir. Bu çalışma Samsun ilinde alerjik astım tanısı konulmuş hastaların evlerinde bulunan ev tozu akarı türlerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2007 ve 2008 yıllarında yapılmıştır. Hastane kayıtları dikkate alınarak alerjik astımlı 8 hastanın evinden ayda bir kez olmak üzere toplam 117 ev tozu örneği alınmıştır. Ev tozları, elektrik süpürgesinin m2ye 2 dakika uygulanması ile toplam 5 dakika süresince yatak ve yatağa yakın halılar üzerinden toplanmıştır. Akarların toz içinden ayrılmasında Berlese hunisi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İncelenen toz örneklerinde; Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank), T. palmarum (Oudemans), T. perniciosus Zachvatkin, Lepidoglyphus destructor (Schrank), Dermatophagoides farinae Hughes, D. pteronyssinus (Trouessart), Cheyletus eruditus (Schrank), C. trouessarti Oudemans, C. malaccensis Oudemans, Blattisocius dentriticus (Berlese), Histiostoma sp., Oligonychus sp., Bryobia sp., Pyemotes sp. ve Cryptostigmata alt takımına ait bir tür olmak üzere 15 tür bulunmuştur. The most important allergens in house dust are house dust mites which cause diseases such as allergic asthma, rhinitis, dermatitis, urticaria and angiodema. The Black Sea region of Turkey, having a temperate climate and high humidity, has ideal conditions for the development of house dust mites. The aim of this study was to determine the dust mite species in the houses of allergic asthma patients in Samsun in 2007 and 2008. A total of 117 dust samples were collected from 8 allergic asthma patients? houses. House dust was collected by using a vacuum cleaner for 2 minutes per 1m2 for a total of 5 minutes on the patient?s bed and carpet near the bed. The mites were separated from the dust by using the Berlese method. Fifteen mite species were found in dust samples. These were Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank), T. palmarum (Oudemans), T. perniciosus Zachvatkin, Lepidoglyphus destructor (Schrank), Dermatophagoides farinae Hughes, D. pteronyssinus (Trouessart), Cheyletus eruditus (Schrank), C. trouessarti Oudemans, C. malaccensis Oudemans, Blattisocius dentriticus (Berlese), Histiostoma sp., Oligonychus sp., Bryobia sp., Pyemotes sp. and one unidentified species belonging to the suborder Cryptostigmata.
