Samsun İlindeki Mantar İşletmelerinde Bulunan Akar Türlerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma 2017 ve 2018 yıllarında Samsun ilindeki mantar işletmelerinde bulunan zararlı ve faydalı akar türlerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmanın sörvey kısmı süresince, Samsun ilinde bulunan 10 fabrikaya her ay gidilerek sörveyler yapılmış, mantar ve kompost olmak üzere toplam 77 adet örnek alınmıştır. Örnekler içinde bulunan akarları elde etmek için Berlese hunisi yöntemi ve stereo-binoküler mikroskop kullanılmıştır. İncelenen örneklerin %26'sı akarlarla bulaşık olarak bulunmuş ve 3 familyaya ait 6 akar türü belirlenmiştir. Bu türler; Arctoseius semiscissus (Berlese, 1892) (Ascidae); Parasitus americanus Berlese, 1905 (=P. bituberosus Karg, 1972), Parasitus sp., Vulgarogamasus sp. (Parasitidae); Pediculaster mesembrinae (Canestrini, 1881) ve P. muscarius (Martin, 1978) (Pygmephoridae)'dur. Bu türlerden A. semiscissus, P. americanus (=P. bituberosus), Vulgarogamasus sp. ve Parasitus sp. faydalı türler olarak bulunmuştur. Ayrıca bulunan türlerden P. americanus (=P. bituberosus), P. mesembrinae ve P. muscarius ülkemiz faunası için yeni kayıt olarak tespit edilmiştir.

This study was conducted between 2017-2018 to determine the mite species on cultivated mushrooms in Samsun Province in Turkey. A total of 77 mushroom and compost samples were collected from 10 different mushroom farms throughout 2017. The collected samples were observed under a stereomicroscope and then processed through Berlese funnels to extract the mites. All of the mite specimens were preserved in 70% ethyl-alcohol before clearing in lacto-phenol and mounting in Hoyer's medium for identification. Only one quarter of the samples (26%) were infested by mites, which probably reflects the widespread use of pesticides to control fungivorous species. A total of six species belonging to three families were collected. They are Arctoseius semiscissus (Berlese, 1892) (Ascidae); Parasitus americanus Berlese, 1905 (=P. bituberosus Karg, 1972), Parasitus sp., Vulgarogamasus sp. (Parasitidae); Pediculaster mesembrinae (Canestrini, 1881) and P. muscarius (Martin, 1978) (Pygmephoridae). Three species, P. americanus (=P. bituberosus), P. mesembrinae and P. muscarius, are first records for Turkey.
