| dc.description.abstract | Mast Hücrelerinin Işık Mikroskobu Düzeyinde incelenmesi ÖZET Bu çalışmada sıçan ve tavsan mast hücreleri ışık mikroskobu düzeyinde incelendi. Materyaller, Susa ve Alkol-Formalin solüsyonlarında tespit edildi. Preparatlar toluidine blue, dominici, resorcin-fuchsin, astra blue-safranin 0 [pH 2.3] ve giemsa boyama yöntemleri ile boyandı. Tavşanda mast hücreleri gözlenemedi. Sıçanların dil, osefagus, mide, ince barsaklar ve lenf düğümlerinde mast hücreleri bütün boyama yöntemleri ile gözlendi. Bulgular kaynak bilgileri ile karşılaştırılarak tartışıldı. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The Invetigation of Mast Cells at the Light Microscope Level SUMMARY This study was carried out to investigate the mast cells of the rat and rabbit at the light microscope level. Materials were fixed in Susa and Alcohol -Forma line solutions and stained by using the methods of toluine blue, dominici, resorcin-fuchsin, astra blue-safranin 0 [pH 2.3] and giemsa. In rabbits the mast cells couldn't be observed. In tongue» osephagus, stomach, small intestine and lymph node of the rat the mast cells were seen by all the staining methods.
