Sert Kabuklu Meyvelerin Depolanması (Derleme)

Abstract

Bu çalışmada sert kabuklu meyvelerin depolanmasında etkili olan depo yeri ve şartları, çevre koşulları ve depolama sistemleri araştırılmıştır. Sert kabuklu meyveler hasat edildikten sonra kaliteleri mümkün olduğunca korunmalıdır. Bu nedenle, kalite üzerinde olumsuz etkide bulunan değişimleri en aza indirmek için depolama koşullarının kontrol edilmesi gerekir. Depolama uygun bir şekilde yapıldığında, sert kabuklu meyvelerinde karlı olarak pazarlanmasına olanak sağlanır. Ülkemizde yeterli meyve depolanmasını sağlayacak teknolojik gelişimlere sahip depo bulunmamaktadır. Bu nedenle meyvelerin yıl boyunca bozulmadan depolanabilmesi için teknolojiye uygun depolama sistemleri projelendirilmelidir. Böylece meyvelerimiz uzun süre kalitelerini koruyup pazar değerlerini artırabilirler.In this study, the area and conditions of store, environment conditions and storage systems effective in storage of nut crops was investigated. Nut crops must protect possibly their quality after harvest. Therefore, to minimize changes which affect quality storage conditions need to control. If storage is made properly nut crops can market profitably. In our country, storage which has technologic evolutions for sufficient fruit storage is absent. Therefore, to storage of fruits year round without corruption storage systems must project suitable to technology. Thus our fruits can their quality and increase their market value for a long time.
