1982 ve 2005 Ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretim Programlarının Karşılaştırılarak 2005 Öğretim Programının Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, 1982 ve 2005 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretim programları karşılaştırmalı olarak incelenerek, 2005 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretim programı değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi, Samsun ve Aydın illerindeki merkez lise ve dengi okullardan tesadüfî örnekleme yoluyla seçilmiş öğretmenler ile 2006 yılı ağustos ayında Yalova ve Van illerindeki hizmet içi eğitim kursuna katılan toplam 140 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma verileri öğretmenlerden, Kişisel Bilgi Anketi ve ?2005 Ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi Öğretim Programını Değerlendirme Ölçeği? yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Anketlerin uygulamasından elde edilen bilgilerin istatiksel işlemleri, SPSS bilgisayar paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Hipotezlerin test edilmesinde (ANOV) varyans analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada, öğretmenlerin cinsiyeti, yaşı, mesleki kıdemi, mezun oldukları yüksek öğretim kurumu, öğretmenlik seçme nedeni, hizmet içi eğitime katılma durumu gibi bağımsız değişkenlere göre, 2005 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretim programını değerlendirmeleri arasındaki ilişkiler incelenmiştir. Araştırma sonucuna göre, bağımsız değişkenlere göre öğretmenlerin 2005 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretim programını değerlendirmeleri arasında önemli bir fark görülmemiştir. Ancak öğretmenlerin, 2005 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretim programını, 1982 ortaöğretim Din Kültürü ve Ahlak Bilgisi öğretim programına göre daha olumlu olarak değerlendirdikleri görülmüştür.This study compares the curriculum of the secondary school?s Religion and Culture and Ethical Knowledge of 1982 with that of 2005 and evaluates the curriculum of 2005. The sample of the study covers of the teachers who work in Samsun and Aydın and of the teachers who participated in service programs in August in Yalova and Van in 2006. The sample consists of 140 teachers of Religion and Culture and Ethical Knowledge. In the study, two questionnaires were used: One of which was the personal questions in relation to the teachers, the other was about the Inventory of the evaluation of the Curriculum of Religion and Culture and Ethical Knowledge of 2005. In order to analyze the results of the research, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program was used. In addition, in order to check whether there was a statistical significance between the independent variables ANOVA test was used. In the study, as independent variables, the sex of teachers, their ages, their professional durations, their faculties where they were graduated, the reasons for their choice of their profession and their participations in service programs were investigated. It was found that there was no statistical significance between or among indipendent variables. However, it was seen that the teachers evaluated the curriculum of 2005 more positively than that of 1982.
