| dc.description.abstract | The crystal structure of 7-methoxy-1 H-indazole, C<inf>8</inf>H<inf>8</inf>N<inf>2</inf>O which is an inhibitor of nitric oxide synthase was discussed. 7-Nitroindazole (7-NI) is identified as a potential selective inhibitor of nNOS activity. Results shows that the methoxy group lies in the plane of the indazole system with its methyl group located trans to the indazole N-H group. | en_US |
