In this study nutrient relationships between Cuscuta epithymum var. epithymum and its common host Heliotropium europaeum in Middle Black Sea Region were investigated It was determined that C. epithymum var epithymum accumulates greater concentrations of nutrients ranging from 1.24 to 2.50 in respect to host species as in other parasitic species. Additionally, active and passive nutrient uptake theories have also been discussed.en_US
