Abstract
Bu çalışma, Samsun koşullarında farklı sıra aralıkları (25, 50, 75 ve 100 cm) ve azotlu gübrelemenin (0, 5 ve 10 kg N/da) Akkız ve Karagöz börülce çeşitlerinde (Vigna unguiculata (L.) Walp.) verim ve verim unsurlarına etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla, 2001 ve 2002 yıllarında Karadeniz Tarımsal Araştırma Enstitüsü deneme arazilerinde yürütülmüştür. Araştırma tesadüf bloklarında bölünen bölünmüş parseller deneme desenine göre 3 tekrarlamak olarak planlanmıştır. Denemede yan yatık formda gelişen ve ülkemizde tescilli olan Karagöz ve Akkız börülce çeşitleri kullanılmıştır. Azotlu gübre kaynağı olarak Kalsiyum Amonyum Nitrat (CAN) gübresi ekimle birlikte uygulanmıştır. BMeştirilmiş varyans analizi sonucunda iki börülce çeşidinde, farklı azot dozları ve değişik sıra aralıkları uygulamalarının fenolojik gözlemlere (çıkış süresi, çiçeklenmeye başlama zamanı, % 50 çiçeklenme, ilk bakla bağlama zamanı, % 50 bakla bağlama, çiçeklenme süresi ve olum süresi) etkili olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Agronomik özelliklerden bakla uzunluğu ile bin tane ağırlığı uygulamalardan etkilenmemiştir. Uygulamalar bitkide bakla sayısına istatistiksel anlamda etkili olmuştur. Bitki başına tane verimi, kuru tane verimi ve kuru sap verimine sıra aralığı uygulamasının çok önemli derecede etkisi olmuştur. Bitki basma en yüksek tane verimi (69.7 g) 100 cm sıra aralığından alınırken, en yüksek kuru tane verimi (273.1 kg/da) ve kuru sap verimi (1982.6 kg/da) ise birim alana daha fazla bitki girmesini sağlayan 25 cm sıra aralığından alınmıştır. Azot dozları uygulaması bitki boyu ve tanenin ham protein oranına çok önemli derecede, ilk bakla yüksekliği ile baklada tane sayışma ise önemli derecede etkili olmuştur. En yüksek bitki boyu (199.4 cm), tane ham proteini (% 22) ve ilk bakla yüksekliği (62.6 cm) dekara 5 kg azot dozu uygulamasından elde edilirken, baklada en yüksek tane sayısı (11.1 adet) dekara 10 kg azot dozu uygulamasından elde edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler: Börülce, azotlu gübreleme, bitki sıklığı, verim
This study was conducted out to determine effects of different row spacing (25, 50, 75 and 100 cm) and nitrogen fertilization (0, 5 and 10 kg N/da) on yield and yield components of Akkiz and Karagöz cowpea cultivars in the research field of BlackSea Agricultural Research Institute during 2001 and 2002. The study was designed according to split-split plot experiment design with 3 replication. Karagöz and Akkiz cultivars which have trailer-plant habitus and were registered officially in our country were used. CAN was applied during sowing as source of nitrogen. According to the results of variance analysis combined, different row spacing and nitrogen doses had no effect on phenological observations (emerging, begining of flowering, % 50 flowering, first pod induction, % 50 pod induction, flowering and maturity durations) in two cowpea cultivars. The effects of factors applied in this study on pod length and 1000 seed weight were not significant but significant on pod number per plant statistically. The effect of row spacing on grain yield per plant, dry grain yield and dry stem yield were very significant. As the highest grain yield per plant was obtained from 100 cm row spacing, the highest dry grain yield and dry stem yield were obtained from 25 cm row spacing providing presencet more plant in per unit. The effects of nitrogen doses on plant height and crude-protein of seed were very significant, first pod height with seed number per pod were significant. As the highest plant height, crude-protein of seed and first pod height were obtained from 5 kg N/da doses, the highest seed number per pod was obtained from 10 kg N/da doses.
