Ondokuzmayıs Üniversitesi Kurupelit Kampüs Alanı (Samsun) Liken Florası Üzerinde Bir Araştırma

Abstract

ONDOKUZ MAYIS ÜNİVERSİTESİ KURUPEUT KAMPUS ALANI (SAMSUN) LİKEN FLORASI ÜZERİNDE BİR ARAŞTIRMA ÖZET Bu çalışma, Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Kurupelit Kampus Alanı'nda gerçekleştirilmiştir. Liken örneklerin 21.03.1996-10.07.1997 tarihleri arasında araştırma alanından toplanmıştır. Araştırma alanı; kuzeyde Karadeniz, güneyde Aksu köyü, doğuda Kurupelit Deresi, batıda İncesu Deresi ile sınırlanmıştır. Araştırma alanının arazi şekilleri farklı jeomorfolojik güçler tarafından oluşturulmuş olup, yüksek kesimleri 2. zamana ait üst kratase fliş'inden oluşmuştur. Liken örneklerinden ağaçlarda ve toprak üzerinde bulunanlar bir bıçak yardımıyla, taş ve kaya üzerinde bulunanlar ise, bir çekiç yardımıyla kırılarak alındı. Türlerin tayini; kimyasal testlerin, mikroskobik ve makroskobik çalışmalarla elde edilen verilerin, literatürlerle karşılaştırılması sonucunda yapıldı. Bölgeden araştırma süresince 72 örnek toplanmış olup, yapılan teşhisler sonucunda 4 Ordo, 7 familya ve 7 cinse ait 20 tür belirlenmiştir. Bu türlerin çoğunluğu Parmaliaceae (9 tür) familyasına aittir. Morfolojik yapılaşma göre, bu 20 türden İ3'ü pholiose (yapraksı), 5'i fruticose (çalımsı veya dalsı) ve 2'si crustose (kabuksu) liken grubuna aittir. Habitatlarına göre; bu 20 türden 11 'i kortikolous (ağaç kabuklarında büyüyen), 4'ü saxikolous (kayalarda ve taş üzerinde büyüyen) 4'ü terrikolous (toprak üzerinde büyüyen) ve l'i de musikolous (Bryofitik: Karayosunları üzerinde gelişen)'dur. Bazı türlerin araştırma alanında yaygın bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir. Birkaç tür farklı habitatlarda da gelişme gösterebilmektedir. Anahtar kelimeler: Liken, Flora, Kampus Alanı, SamsunA STUDY ON THE LICHEN FLORA OF ONDOKUZ MAYIS UNIVERSITY CAMPUS AREA KURUPELIT (SAMSUN) ABSTRACT This study has been carried out at Ondokuz Mayıs University Kurupelit Campus area. Lichen specimens have been collected from the study area between 21.03.1996- 10.07.1997. The study area is bordered by Black Sea in the north, Aksu Village in the south, Kurupelit Stream in the east and İncesu Stream in the west. The topographic structure of the study area has been formed by different geomorphological events and at high and low altitudes in the study area Eosene and Upper Crataceous Flysches belonging to third and second geological era respectively are very widespread. Lichen species, which live on tree barks and soil have been taken by a knife. However, the specimens which live on rocks and stones have been taken by using a hammer. The determination of the species have been carried out by the comparison of chemical tests, microscobic and macroscopic data and published studies. 72 lichen specimens belonging to 4 order, 7 famillies and 7 genus have been collected from the study area and 20 species have been identified. Most of the species are belonging to Parmeliaceae (9 species) family. According to morphological structures 1 3 species are foliose, 5 species are fruticose and 2 species are crustose. 1 1 of the species are corticolous, 4 of the species are saxicolous, 4 of the species are terricolous and 1 of the species are musicolous when their habitats where taken into account. It has been determined that some of the species are widespread in the study area. A few species can be live in different habitats. Keywords: Lichen, Flora, Campus area, Samsun.
