Abstract
Elde edilen veriler SPSS for Windows 22 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, sayı, yüzdelik, ortalama, standart sapma, bağımsız gruplarda t testi, varyans analizi, ileri analizde LSD, Pearson korelasyon testi kullanılmıştır. Bu çalışma için etik kurul izinleri alınmıştır. Bulgular: Hemşirelerin yaş ortalaması 29.77±7.39'dir. Hemşirelerin %58,1'i Covid yoğun bakımda görev yapmaktadır.

The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS for Windows 22 package program. In the evaluation of the data, number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test in independent groups, analysis of variance, LSD and Pearson correlation test were used in further analysis. Ethics committee permission was obtained for this study. Results: The mean age of the nurses was 29.77±7.39. 58.1% of nurses work in Covid intensive care. The score the nurses got from the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index was 9.74±3.01. Sleep quality of nurses in the 20-25 age group was found to be better (p=0.001). Sleep quality of married people was found to be worse (p=0.008). Sleep quality of those with a bachelor's degree was found to be better (p=0.002). Sleep quality of those who use all protective equipment while working was found to be worse (0.049). The score obtained by the nurses from the Psychological Well-Being Scale was found to be 36.76±8.66. The psychological Well-being of those with a master's degree was found to be high (p=0.002).
