Abstract

Prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome in multiple gestations poses serious problem. The use of screening modalities is limited, diagnostic procedures are more complicated, and the management of discordant results may be required. Although it is risky amniocentesis conclusive. Our contribution is to share a case that it seen rarely. © 2012 OMU.
