Abstract
Karadeniz'in Samsun Kıyı Bölgesi mesozooplankton faunası Nisan 2012- Mart 2013 tarihleri arasında incelenmiştir. Araştırma bölgesinde seçilen 4 istasyondan aylık olarak alınan su örneklerinde mesozooplankton faunasının tür kompozisyonu, bolluk ve biyokütle değerleri ve bunlara etki eden fiziko-kimyasal faktörler belirlenmiştir. Mesozooplankton bolluk verilerinden Bray-Curtis benzerlik matrisi oluşturulmuş ve örnek gruplarına birleştirici hiyerarşik kümeleme analizi, çok boyutlu ölçeklendirme analizi, benzerlik analizi (ANOSIM), benzersizlik analizi (SIMPER) uygulanmıştır. Ayrıca gruplar arasındaki farklılıklardan sorumlu ve kommüniteyi yönlendiren türlerin çevresel değişkenler ile ilişkisinin incelemek amacıylada kanonik uyum analizi (CCA) uygulanmıştır. Araştırmamızda holoplankton faunasında Calanus euxinus, Pseudocalanus elongatus, Paracalanus parvus, Centropagaes ponticus, Acartia clausi, Oithona similis, Euterpina acutifrons, Canuella perplexa, Pleopis polyphemoides, Penilia avirostris, Evadne spinifera, Pseudoevadne tergestina, Oikopleura dioica, Sagitta setosa, Noctiluca scintillans, Favella sp. olmak üzere toplam 16 tür tespit edilmiştir. Meroplankton faunasında ise bivalve larvası, sirriped larvası, sirriped siprisi, dekapod zoea larvası, gastropod larvası, poliket larvası, ostrakod, balık yumurtası, balık larvası, tunikat larvası ve Branchiostoma sp. larvası tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmamızda fizikokimyasal analizlerden su sıcaklığı yüzeyde 28.5-10.2 C0, derinliklerde ise 23.9-9.2 C0 ölçülmüştür. Yüzey suyunda pH değeri 9,56-5,38, derinliklerde 9,41-6,04 arasında değişmiştir. NH4-N, PO4-P ve SiO2'nin en yüksek ve en düşük değerleri sırasıyla 1,13-0,01mgL-; 1,4-0,01mgL-; 1,48-0,01 mgL- olarak ölçülmüştür. Mesozooplankton bolluk verilerinden elde edilen benzerlik matrisinin birleştirici hiyerarşik kümeleme analizi sonucu %55 ve %64 benzerlik seviyesinde üç grup (ilkbahar liman, yaz ve kış) belirlenmiştir. Örnek grupları arasında benzerlik (ANOSIM), benzersizlik analizi (SIMPER) ve tür bollukları ile çevresel parametreler arasında yapılan CCA analizi sonuçlarına göre türlerin dağılımına sıcaklık, tuzluluk, NH4-N, seki disk derinliği ve pH etkili olmuştur.
The mesozooplankton fauna in Samsun coastal region of the Black Sea was investigated between April 2012 - March 2013. Species composition, abundance and biomass values of the mesozooplankton fauna and physichochemical factors that are exerting influence on these, were determined in the samples which were monthly collected at four stations in the research area. A Bray-Curtis similarity matrix was created from the mesozooplankton abundance data and agglomerative hierrarchical cluster analysis, multi dimensional scaling, analysis of similarity variance between the factor groups (ANOSIM), similartiy percentages (SIMPER) were applied on the similarity matrix. Canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) was also applied in order to investigate the relationship between environmental variables and community configuring species which are responsible from the dissimilarities among sample groups. A total of 16 species Calanus euxinus, Pseudocalanus elongatus, Paracalanus parvus, Centropagaes ponticus, Acartia clausi, Oithona similis, Euterpina acutifrons, Canuella perplexa, Pleopis polyphemoides, Penilia avirostris, Evadne spinifera, Pseudoevadne tergestina, Oikopleura dioica, Sagitta setosa, Noctiluca scintillans, Favella sp. were identified in holoplankton fauna. In Meroplankton fauna, however, bivalve larvae, cirriped larvae, cirriped cypris, dekapod zoea larvae, gastropod larvae, polychaeta larvae, ostrakod, fish eggs, fish larvae, tunicate larvae ve Branchiostoma sp. were determined. Among the physco-chemical analyses; water temperature was measured as 28.5-10.2 0C at surface and 23.9-9.2 0C at subsurface. pH varied between 9.56-5.38 at surface, 9.61-6.04 at subsurface. The highest and lowest values of NH4-N, PO4-P and SiO2 were measured as 1.12-0.01 mgL, 1.4-0.012 mgL and 1.48-0.01 mgL, respectively. Three sample groups (Spring-harbour, summer and winter) at the similarity levels of %55 and %64 were determined as a result of the agglomerative hierrarchical cluster analysis on the similarity matrix which was obtained from the mesozooplankton abundance data. According to the results of the CCA, similarities between sample groups (ANOSIM) and dissimilarities (SIMPER) those applied for species abundances and environmental parameters, temperature, salinity, NH4-N, Secchi Disc Depth and pH had significant effects on the distrubution of species.
