Abstract
ÜNYE YÖRESİ KİVİ YETİŞTİRİCİLİĞİNDEMEYVE GELİŞİMİNİN VE EN UYGUN HASAT ZAMANININ BELİRLENMESİ2007 ve 2008 yıllarında yapılan bu araştırmada, Ünye yöresinde yetiştirilen Hayward kivi çeşidinin, rakımlara bağlı olarak ( Sahil Kuşak 0-200m. , Orta Kuşak 201-400m.,Yüksek Kuşak 401m. ve üzeri) en uygun hasat tarihlerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, fenolojik gözlemlerde kivilerin çiçeklenme başlangıcı zamanlarının en erken yüksek kuşakta (6-7 Mayıs), en geç ise sahil kuşakta (20 Mayıs) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tam çiçeklenmenin ise mayıs sonunda gerçekleştiği tespit edilmiştir. Hasat dönemi ilerledikçe meyvelerde en / boy oranı artmıştır. Meyve ağırlıkları hasat ilerledikçe hem hasat hem de yeme olumunda artış ve azalışlar göstermiştir. Yeme olumu dönemi ve hasat döneminde hasat ilerledikçe meyve eti sertliklerinde azalmalar saptanmıştır. Meyvelerin SÇKM düzeyi, titre edilebilir asitlik seviyesi ve SÇKM / TE asitlik oranları hasat dönemleri ilerledikçe hem yeme olumunda hem de hasat olumunda artış göstermiştir. Hasat dönemi ilerledikçe meyve kabuğundaki kırmızı renk hasat olumunda ve yeme olumunda ilk yıl kırmızıdan açık kırmızıya renge doğru değişmiş, ikinci yılda ise kırmızı renkte koyulanma ve açılmalar gözlemlenmiştir. Meyve etindeki yeşil renkte hasat olumu ve yeme olumunda açılma meydana gelmiştir. Meyvelerin tat özellikleri hasat süresince artmıştır.Sonuç olarak, SÇKM düzeyine göre Ünye yöresinde farklı rakımdan ve değişik bahçelerden getirilen meyvelerde yapılan ölçümlerde 6. hasat döneminin en uygun hasat dönemi olduğu ve sahil kuşağında bulunan deneme bahçesinin en erken hasada geldiği belirlenmiştir.Ünye yöresinde sahil kuşakta en uygun hasat dönemi 5. hasat dönemi (4 Kasım), orta kuşak ve yüksek kuşak ise 6. hasat dönemi (9 Kasım) olarak saptanmıştır.Anahtar Kelimeler: Kivi, hasat, çiçeklenme zamanları, hasat dönemleri.
THE DETERMINATION OF THE MOST SUITABLE GROWTH ANDHARVEST TIME FOR THE KIWIFRUIT CULTIVATION IN ÜNYEThe objective of this study done in 2007-2008 was to determine the most suitable harvest time of Hayward kiwifruit cultivated in Ünye in accordance with altitude (coastal zone 0-200m, variable zone 201-400m, high zone 401 and above).According to the results of the research, by the help of phenologic observation It was stated that the earliest blooming time of kiwifruit was at the high zone on the 6-7 May and the latest blooming time of it was at the coastal zone on 20th May. It was ascertained that the entire blooming was happening at the late time of May.The aspect ratio of the fruit had increased as long as the harvest times went on.The weight of the fruit showed some increased and decraesed at the times of harvest and ripening as long as the harvest times went on. During the periods of ripening and harvest, It was notified that the flesh firmness of the fruit decreased as long as the harvest time went on. The amount of the total soluble solid and titratable acidity of the fruit, the rates of the soluble solid and titratable acidity showed an increase at the periods of both harvest and ripening as long as the harvest times lasted. During the lasting harvest times, in the first year, the red color of the fruit skin became lighter at the periods of harvest and ripening and in the second year the red color darkened and became lighter. The taste of the Hayward kiwifruit significantly increased during the harvest.Consequently; by reasons of the measurements carried out on the fruit brought from the different fields at the different altitude, according to the amount of total soluble solid, it was stated that the sixth harvest time was the most suitable one for harvest collection and it was determined that the testing field at the coastal zone got the earliest harvest.In Ünye region, at the coastal zone, that the most suitable harvest period was the fifth harvest one (4th November) was proved ; however, it was stated that the most suitable harvest period at the variable zone and high zone was the sixth harvest one (9 November).Key words: Kiwifruit, harvest, blooming times, harvest periods.
