Abstract
Humic acid (HA) is a regulator that can be applied both from the soil and the leaves in the nutrient content, uptake and development of plants. In this study, effects of potassium nitrate (KN) and borax applied to the grape plant along with humic acid on the nutrient content of the grapevine (Vitis vinifera L. cv Razzaki) were investigated. For this purpose, 2 HA doses (0 and 10 ppm), 2 boron (B) doses (0 and 0.3 % as borax-Na2B8O13.4H2O) and 4 potassium (K) doses (0, 0.5, 1 and 2% as KN) were sprayed to the grapevine leaves in five different times as a completely randomized plot design in factorial test (2x2x4) with 3 replications in 2015 and 2016. According to the results of the variance analysis, humic acid, boron and potassium applications significantly affected the nutrient content of the grapevine (P<0.05). Increasing potassium applications in different humic acid and boron medium increased the N, P, K, Zn, and B contents of the grapevine leaves while it was reduced the Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn and Cu content. It was changed between 1.94 to 3.41 % (HA0B0KN0-HA10B0.3KN1) N content of the grapevine leaves depending on the applications, P content between 0.25 to 0.47 % (HA0B0KN0-HA10B0.3KN2), K content between 0.68 to 2.36 % (HA0B0KN0-HA10B0.3KN1), Ca content between 2.76 to 4.01 % (HA10B0.3KN2-HA0B0KN0), Mg content between 0.28 to 0.45 % (HA0B0.3KN2-HA0B0KN0), Fe content between 172.9 to 303.1 ppm (HA0B0KN2-HA10B0.3KN0.5), Mn content between 93.8 to 175.9 ppm(HA0B0KN2-HA10B0KN0), Zn content between 19.21 to 27.78 ppm (HA0B0KN2-HA10B0KN2), Cu content between 6.39 to 8.91 ppm (HA10B0KN2-HA10B0.3KN0) and B content between 20.93 to 68.11 ppm (HA0B0KN0.5-HA10B0.3KN1). A positive correlation (0.664**) was found between the application of humic acid and K content of grapevine leaves, There were a positive correlations between KN application and N, P, K and Zn contents of grapevine leaves (0.628**, 0.758**, 0.514* and 0.886**, respectively); but negative relations were found between KN application and Ca, Mg and Mn contents (-0,696**, -0,722** and -0,846**, respectively). Positive correlations were found between borax application and Fe and B contents of grapevine leaves (0.700** and 0.889**), but negative relation (-0.525*) was found between borax and Ca content of it. At the end of the study, it was recommended to apply 0.3 % borax and 1 % KNO3 to the grapevine leaves together with humic acid.
