On Parallel Type Surfaces in E4

Abstract

Firstly, in this study it is searched that how the parallel type surface of a surface, which is given parameter lines are lines of curvature in E4 is constructed. Then, the coefficients of the first and the second fundamental forms, the area element, the principal curvatures, the Gaussian curvature and the mean curvature of the parallel type surface are investigated. Also, some important results are given. © 2016 Author(s).
