Paralel Yüzeyler Üzerine

Abstract

Bu tez sekiz ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde kısa bir literatür özeti ve çalışmanın amacı verildi. Genel bilgiler bölümünde, ileride kullanılacak olan temel tanım ve teoremler ifade edildi. Materyal ve Yöntemler bölümünde paralel yüzeyler tanımlandı, paralel yüzey çifti üzerinde yatan eğrilerin Darboux çatıları arasındaki ilişki ve bazı teoremler verildi. Bu tezin özgün kısmı olan Bulgular bölümü dört alt bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk bölümde paralel yüzey çifti üzerinde yatan eğrilerin Bishop çatıları incelendi. İkinci bölümde paralel dönüşüm altında Gauss dönüşümünün görüntüsü incelendi. Üçüncü bölümde Minimal yüzeylerin paralelliği incelendi. Son bölümde ise paralel yüzey çiftlerinin ikinci temel formları ve Christoffel sembolleri arasındaki ilişki verildi. Tartışma, sonuç ve öneriler bölümlerinde kısa değerlendirmeler ifade edildi. Son iki bölümde, sırasıyla, kaynakların bir listesi ve özgeçmiş verildi. In Introduction chapter, a short summary of literature and the manin purpose of thesis are given. In General Information chapter, the fundamental definitions and theorems are stated which will beused in advance. In Material and Methods chapter, parallel surface is defined, Darboux frames of curves given and some fundamental theorems are given. The original chapter of this thesis consists of four sub sections.. In the first section, Bishop frames of these curves are investigated. In the second section, images of parallel surfaces under the Gauss map are studied. In the third section, the parallelisms of minimal surfaces are searched. In the last section, second fundamental forms and relationships between second fundamental forms and Chrsistoffel sybmols of the parallel surface couple are given. In Results and Suggestions chapter, short evaluations are stated. In the next two chapters, a list of references and the autobiography are given.
