Abstract
BİR YÜKSEKLİK GRADİYENTİ BOYUNCA MEŞE (Quercus brantii) YAPRAKLARINDA AZOT (N) VE FOSFOR (P) DİNAMİKLERİ ÖZET Bu araştırmada arazi yüksekliğine bağlı olarak Güneydoğu Anadolu Bölgesinde yaygın bulunan meşe yapraklarından azot ve fosfor kapsamındaki değişim inelenmiştir. Araştırma Batman İli Kozluk İlçesi mevkiindeki farklı yükseklik gradiyentine sahip S örneklik alanda yürütülmüştür. Q. brantii 6(-10) m. kadar yüksekliğe ulaşabilen çalı ya da ağaç formunda yaprak döken bir bitkidir. Yapraklar, sürgün boyunca dağılmış olup oval - oblongtur. Q. brantii Irano - Turanian fitocoğrafik bölgesine ait bir bitkidir. Farklı yükseklik gradiyentlerine sahip lokalitelerden toplanan bitki örneklerinde yaprak Azot (N) ve Fosfor (P) % içerikleri ve besin resorbsiyonu tesbit edilmiştir. Ortalama % N konsantrasyonu, yükseltiler ve aylar arasında önemli farklılıklar gösterdi. Yaprakta % N ve %P değerleri yükseltiler ve aylar arasında önemli farklılıklar gösterdi. ANOVA testi, N ve P resorbsiyonu için yükseklik ve aylar arasında önemli farklılıklar gösterdi. Anahtar Kelimeler : Quercus brantii, Yükseklik Gradiyenti, N,P, Resorpsiyon
FOLIAR NITROGEN AND PHOSPHORUS DYNAMICS OF Quercus brantii ALONG AN ELEVATIONAL DISTRIBUTION ABSTRACT This study is an investigation which is done on Quercus brantii in South East Anatolia region. The investigation has been carried out on five localities in Kozluk town which have different elevational gradients. Q. brantii, deciduous shrup or small tree to 6 (-10) m. Leaves distributed over shoots, regularly ovale - oblong. In plant specimens which were collected from localities that have different elevational gradients, foliar N ve P % concentrations and nutritient resorbtion of each species were determined. Mean foliar N % concentrations were varied significantly among sites and months. Like for N, mean foliar P concentrations were also varied significantly among sites and months. Measures of analysis of variance (ANOVA) for P and N indicated significant topographic and months effects. It is hoped that this study will be a contribution to the following studies on the change of macroelements along different elevational gradients.
