Abstract

Bu tez çalışmasında, 1785-1787 (H.1200-1201) yıllarına ait ?62 Numaralı Amasya Şer`iye Sicil Defteri? nin transkripsiyonu yapılarak, defterde bulunan belgeler ışığında adı geçen dönemde Amasya'daki idarî ve sosyo-ekonomik yapı değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Çalışmamız iki bölümden meydana gelmiştir. İlk bölümde ?62 Numaralı Amasya Şer`iye Sicili Defteri? nin transkripsiyonlu metni yer almaktadır.İkinci bölümde, defteri oluşturan belgeler konularına göre ayrılmış, daha sonra her bir konu bu belgeler çerçevesinde ayrı ayrı değerlendirilmiştir.1785-1787 yıllarında Amasya şehrinin sosyo-ekonomik durumu ve idarî yapısı hakkında transkripsiyonu yapılan belgelerden istifade edilerek bilgiler verilmiştir.Anahtar kelimeler: Kadı, Mahkeme, Şer`iye Sicili, Amasya.

This thesis aims to transcribe ?The Court Register Number 62 of Amasya? which belongs to the years 1785-1787 (Hegira 1200-1201) and to evaluate Amasya?s social and economic structure in the light of the documents in the register.Our work consists of two parts. In the first part, , the transcribed version of the text of ?Court Register Number 62 of Amasya?.In the second part, the documents that constitute court registers are classified according to their topics, and then each topic is evaluated separately in the framework of these documents.
