Abstract
Bu çalışma 2013 ve 2014 yıllarında Samsun ili un fabrikalarında bulunan zararlı ve faydalı akar türlerini ve bu türlerin mevsimsel populasyon yoğunluklarını belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, Samsun ilinde bulunan 23 fabrikaya dört farklı mevsimde gidilerek sörveyler yapılmış, fabrikaların farklı üretim ünitelerinden toplam 92 adet örnek toplanmıştır. Örnekler içinde bulunan akarları elde etmek için Berlese hunisi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. İncelenen örneklerin % 80.43'ü akarla bulaşık olarak bulunmuş, 13 familyaya ait 22 akar türü belirlenmiştir. Bu türler; Acarus siro L., A. farris (Oudemans), Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank), T. palmarum Oudemans, T. perniciosus Zachvatkin, Gohieria fusca (Oudemans), Lepidoglyphus destructor (Schrank), Chortoglyphus arcuatus (Troupeau), Dermatophagoides farinae Hughes, D. pteronyssinus (Trouessart), Cheyletus eruditus (Schrank), C. trouessarti Oudemans, C. malaccensis Oudemans, Acaropsis sollers Rohdendorf, Ornithonyssus bacoti (Hirst), Dermanyssus gallinae (De Geer), Blattisocius mali (Oudemans), B. dentriticus (Berlese), Trichouropoda elegans (Kramer), Cosmochthonius sp., Zygoribatula sp. ve Tetranychus sp.'dir. Bu türlerden C. eruditus, C. trouessarti, C. malaccensis, A. sollers, B. mali ve B. dentriticus faydalı türler olarak bulunmuş, zararlı türlerden G. fusca ve A. siro ise en yaygın ve yoğun türler olarak belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca bulunan türlerden O. bacoti ve T. elegans ülkemiz faunası için yeni kayıt olarak tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan bu çalışma ile bulunan bu türlerin mevsimsel populasyon yoğunlukları da belirlenmiş, yaz mevsiminde yüksek yoğunluklarda bulunmuşlardır. The aim of this study was to determine the harmful and beneficial mite species and their seasonal densities in flour mills in Samsun Province, Turkey in 2013 and 2014. During the surveys, a total of 92 samples were collected from different areas of 23 flour mills in the four seasons. The mites were separated from the samples by using Berlese funnels, with 80.43% of the samples infested by mites. Twenty two species belonging to 13 families were collected. The species were Acarus siro L., A. farris (Oudemans), Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank), T. palmarum Oudemans, T. perniciosus Zachvatkin, Gohieria fusca (Oudemans), Lepidoglyphus destructor (Schrank), Chortoglyphus arcuatus (Troupeau), Dermatophagoides farinae Hughes, D. pteronyssinus (Trouessart), Cheyletus eruditus (Schrank), C. trouessarti Oudemans, C. malaccensis Oudemans, Acaropsis sollers Rohdendorf, Ornithonyssus bacoti (Hirst), Dermanyssus gallinae (De Geer), Blattisocius mali (Oudemans), B. dentriticus (Berlese), Trichouropoda elegans (Kramer), Cosmochthonius sp., Zygoribatula sp. and Tetranychus sp.
