Publication: Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Öğretmenlerinin Kaynaştırma Eğitimine Yönelik Tutumlarının İncelenmesi
Abstract
Bu araştırmada, beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin bazı değişkenlere göre kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırma grubunu, 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Antalya ilinde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı okullarda en az 1 yıl boyunca ilkokul, ortaokul ya da lise kademesinde görev yapan 96'sı kadın, 106'sı erkek toplam 202 beden eğitimi öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında, 'Kişisel Bilgi Formu' ile 'Kaynaştırma Eğitimi Tutum Ölçeği (KETÖÇ)' kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, ilişkisiz ölçümlerde ortalama puanların karşılaştırılması için Varyans analizi (ANOVA, bağımsız örneklem t-testi), anlamlı farklılığın hangi gruplar arasında olduğunu belirlemek için de LSD testi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, cinsiyet değişkenine göre beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırmaya yönelik tutumlarında anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmiştir. Bununla birlikte araştırmaya katılan beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin yaş, mezun olunan bölüm, mesleki deneyim, görev yapılan kademe, çocuk sahibi olup olmama, ailesinde ya da yakın çevresinde engeli engelli birey bulunup bulunmama ve ailesinde ya da yakın çevresinde engelli birey bulunuyorsa engel türüne göre kaynaştırmaya yönelik tutumlarında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Cinsiyet değişkeni açısından katılımcıların kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik ölçek toplam puanlarında, okul ve aile alt boyutu tutum puanlarında anlamlı bir farklılık görülmüştür (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak kadın beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin kaynaştırma eğitimine yönelik tutumlarının erkek beden eğitimi öğretmenlerine göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study examined the attitudes of physical education and sports teachers towards inclusive education according to some variables. A general survey model was used in the study. In the 2022-2023 academic year, the research group consisted of 202 physical education teachers, 96 female and 106 male, working at primary, secondary, or high school levels in schools affiliated with the Ministry of National Education in Antalya for at least one year. In the collection of data, the 'Personal Information Form' and 'Inclusive Education Attitude Scale (KETÖÇ)' were used. In the data, analysis of variance (ANOVA, independent sample t-test) was applied to compare the mean scores in unrelated measures, and the LSD test was used to determine which groups had significant differences. As a result of the research, an important difference was found in the attitudes of physical education teachers towards inclusion according to the gender variable. However, there was no significant difference in the attitudes of the physical education teachers participating in the study according to age, graduation department, professional experience, level of duty, whether they have children, whether there is a disabled person in their family or close environment, and if there is a disabled individual in their family or close environment, there is a disability type of disability. In terms of gender variables, there was a significant difference in the total scores of the scale for inclusive education and the attitude scores of the school and family sub-dimension (p<0.05). As a result, it was determined that the attitudes of female physical education teachers toward inclusive education were higher than male physical education teachers.
