Rat Serebellumda Purkinje Hücrelerinin Yaşa Bağlı Sayısal Değişimi

Abstract

RAT CEREBELLUMUNDA PURKİNJE HÜCRELERİNİN YAŞA BAĞLI SAYISAL DEĞİŞİMİ ÖZET Bu çalışmada herhangi bir kimyasal madde verilmeden, rat serebellumunda yaşa bağlı olarak purkinje hücrelerinin sayısındaki değişmeler histolojik olarak değerlendirildi. Çalışmada yaşları 15 günlük, 30 günlük, 90 günlük ve 180 günlük ratlar üzerinde araştırma yapıldı. Hayvanlar inrakardial yoldan nötral formalinle perfüzyona alındı. Deney gruplarının serebellumlarından elde edilen seri frontal kesitler Thionin ile boyandı. Stereotaksik atlas yardımıyla serebellumun Cms I, Crus II, Lobulus simpleks bölgelerinde purkinje hücre sayımı yapıldı. Purkinje hücreleri x400 büyütme ile ışık mikroskobunda mikroskop alanı kaydırılarak sayıldı. Yapılan çalışma sonuçlarına göre, purkinje hücre yoğunluğu 15 günlük deney grubunda, sağ yarımkürede 27,01/mm, sol yarımkürede 27,88/mm tespit edildi. 30 günlük deney grubunda, sağ yarımkürede purkinje hücre yoğunluğu 27,48/mm, sol yarımkürede 27,25/mm bulundu. 90 günlük deney grubunda, sağ yarımkürede purkinje hücre yoğunluğu 22,92/mm, sol yarımkürede 22,06/mm tespit edildi. 180 günlük deney grubunda sağ yarımkürede purkinje hücre yoğunluğu ise 22,30/mm, sol yarımkürede 22,50/mm olarak bulundu. Gruplar arasındaki fark istatistiki açıdan önemli olarak bulunmuştur (p <0,05). In study, it has been made a research on rats which is 15 days old, 30 days old, 90 days old and 180 days old. Animals have been perfused with nötral formalin from intracardial way. The frontal cross-section which is taken from cerebellum of experiment groups, has been colored with Thionin. Purkinje cell enumeration has been done in cerebellum's Cms I, Cms II, Lobulus simpleks regios with stereotaksik atlas. Purkinje cells have been counted by sliding the area of light microscope with x400 enlargement. According to the results of study, purkinje cell densitiy has been established 27,01/mm in right hemisphere, 27,88/mm in left hemisphere at 15 days old experiment group. At 30 days old experiment group, cell density has been found 27,48/mm in right hemisphere, 27,25/mm in left hemisphere. At 90 days old experiment group, purkinje cell density has been established 22,92/mm in right hemisphere, 22,06/mm in left hemisphere. At 180 days old experiment group, purkinje cell density has been found 22,30/mm in right hemisphere, 22,50/mm in left hemisphere.
