Abstract
Hayward ve Matua kivi (Actinidia deliciosa, A. Chev.) odun çelikleri, 1 Ocak'ta alınmıştır. Çelikler 3 ay süreyle soğuk hava deposunda 4 C'de muhafaza edilmiştir. Depodan çıkarılan çeliklere IBA'nın 0, 50, 100, 150, 2000, 4000, 6000 ppm dozları uygulanmıştır. Çelikler, alttan ısıtma ve mistleme ünitesine sahip ısıtmasız cam serada perlit ortamında 90 gün köklenmeye alınmıştır. Çalışmada köklenme oranı, canlı çelik oranı, kök sayısı ile kök kalitesi belirlenmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda en iyi sonuçlar, çeliklere 6000 ppm IBA uygulamasından elde edilmiştir.
Hayward and Matua (Actinidia deliciosa, A. Chev.) hardwood cuttings were taken on 1st January. Cuttings were stored in cold at 4 °C for three months. Cuttings, treated with 0, 50, 100, 150, 2000, 4000, 6000 ppm IBA after cold storage. The cuttings were rooted in unheated greenhouse with a bottom heated mist propagation frame containing perlite medium for 90 days. In this study, rooting rate, viabil cutting rate, lateral root number per cutting and root quality were determined. The best results were obtained from cuttings treated with 6000 ppm IBA.
