Abstract
Bu araştırma, Samsun ilinin Terme, Çarşamba, Salıpazarı ve Ayvacık ilçelerinde yetiştirilen fındıkların ön seleksiyonu amacıyla 1995 ve 1996 yıllarında yapılmıştır. Bu seleksiyon çalışmasında, 1995 yılında 40 ve 1996 yılında; 1995 yılında incelenen tiplerin 24 tanesi ve bunlara ilave olarak 64 tip olmak üzere toplam 104 tip incelenmiştir. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar, 'Tartılı Derecelendirme Yöntemi'ne göre değerlendirilmiştir. Değerlendirme sonucunda, 1995 yılında 55-Ç-5, 55-T-15, 55-Ç-4, 55-A-3 ve 55- Ç-7 tipleri ve 1996 yılında ise 1995 yılında üstün bulunan 55-T-15 ve 55-Ç-4 tiplerinin yanısıra 55-S-15, 55-T-39, 55-Ç-26 ve 55-Ç-8 tipleri üstün bulunmuşlardır. Seçilen tiplerde, en yüksek meyve ağırlığı, iç ağırlığı, meyve iriliği (eşdeğer çap) ve iç iriliği (eşdeğer çap) 55-T-15 tipinden (sırasıyla 2.565 g, 1.338 g, 19.51 mm ve 14.51 mm), en yüksek iç oram ve sağlam iç oranı 55-Ç-7 tipinden (sırasıyla %57.20 ve %96), en ince kabuk kalınlığı 55-T-15 ve 55-Ç-4 tiplerinden (0.88 mm), en yüksek beyazlaşma oram 55-Ç-26 tipinden (%100), en düşük ikiz iç oram 1995 yılında 55-Ç-5, 55-A-3 ve 55-Ç-7 ve 1996 yılında 55-S-15, 55-Ç-26 ve 55-Ç-4 tiplerinden (%0), en düşük iç zan lifliliği 55-Ç-5, 55-T-15, 55-Ç-4 ve 55-A-3 tiplerinden (lifsiz), en yüksek tad analizi puanı 55-T-39 ve 55-Ç-26 tiplerinden (7.9) ve en yüksek toplam tartılı derecelendirme puanı 1995 yılında 55-Ç-5 (883) ve 1996 yılında 55-S-15 (890) tiplerinden alınmıştır. This research has been carried out to selection breeding of hazelnut types growing Terme, Çarşamba, Salipazan and Ayvacık district of Samsun county in 1995 and 1996. In this research, 40 and 64 hazelnut types investigated in 1995 and 1996, respectively. The 24 types from the first year were also investigated at the second year. Totally, 104 types investigated. The results of the study were utilised to the 'Weight- Ranked Method'. In order to the results 55-Ç-5, 55-T-15, 55-Ç-4, 55-A-3 and 55-Ç-7 hazelnut types and 55-S-15, 55-T-39, 55-Ç-26 and 55-Ç-8 as well as 55-T-15 and 55-Ç-4 hazelnut types found the best types for first year of 1995 and 1996, respectively. 55-T-15 gave the highest nut weight (2.565 g), kernel weight (1.338), nut largeness (19.51 mm), kernel largeness (14.51 mm). The highest kernel ratio (57.20%) and good kernel ratio (96%) observed from 55-Ç-7. 55-T-15 and 55-Ç-4 types gave the least shell thickness (0.88 mm) and the highest pellicle removal ratio (100%) observed from 55-Ç-26 hazelnut type. 55-Ç-5, 55-A-3 and 55-Ç-7 and 55-S-15, 55-Ç-26 and 55- Ç-4 types gave the least double kernel ratio (0%), at 1995 and 1996, respectively. The least perisperm separation taken from 55-Ç-5, 55-T-15, 55-Ç-4 and 55-A-3 types. 55-T- 39 and 55-Ç-26 gave the highest taste point (7.9).
