| dc.description.abstract | We present two cases of cervical pregnancy diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasonography. Initially, they were treated with systemic single dose methotrexate. One of the patients was treated successfully with only single dose methotrexate, however the other patient developed severe hemorrhage on the 19th day of the treatment, which was controlled by uterine cervico-vaginal tamponade together with uterine packing. | en_US |
