Abstract

Brain stem masses may mimic Myasthenia gravis (MG), clinically and electrophysiologically. We present a 38 years-old female patient with a brain stem mass, who has clinical features similar with MG, and revealed a decremental response to repetitive nerve stimulation. Brain stem mass was removed by surgery. In the postoperative period, her complaints were regressed. Control repetitive nerve stimulation examination was normal. © 2004 Published by Elsevier B.V.
