Türkiye'de Mûsikînin Siyasallaşması

Abstract

Mûsikî, toplumu en çok etkileyen sanatların başında gelmektedir. Dolayısıyla insanların beğenileri, beklentileri mûsikîde yansımasını bulmaktadır. Siyasetin de müzik beğenilerini ve eserlerini etkilemesiyle siyasi içerikli eserler bestelenmiştir. Bu eserlerin tespit edilip incelenmesi tarafımızca gerekli görülmüştür. Çalışmamızda, Türkiye'de mûsikînin siyasallaşma süreci incelenerek siyasi müziklerin nasıl ortaya çıktığı, hangi amaçla kullanıldığı ve müzikoloji açısından hangi nitelikleri taşıdığı ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Bunu yaparken devlet politikalarının, dînî akımların ve sosyal gelişmelerin müzik üzerine etkisini bunların yanında siyasi söylemleriyle öne çıkan sanatçıları ve eserlerini tespit ederek belirlediğimiz eserleri makam, usûl ve prozodi açısından incelemeye çalıştık. Music is one of the leading arts that influence the society most. Therefore, tastes and expectations of the public find its place in the music. As the effect of politics over music tastes and works of art, political themed works have been composed. It has been seen necessary to confirm and examine these works by us. In our study, how did political work of arts come up, for what purpose they are used and what features they have is tried to put forth by looking on to the period of politization of music in Turkey. While doing this, we have been tried to analyze effects of state policies, religious movements and social developments over music, besides these artists that comes forward with political discourse and their works have been looked over in terms of mode, tempo and prosody.
