Abstract
Bu araştırma, DİB'nın 2005 yılında Yaz Kur'an Kurslarında uygulamaya koyduğu ?Kur Sistemi? nin uygulayıcıları olan Yaz Kur'an Kursu öğreticileri tarafından nasıl algılandığını ve uygulanabilirlik düzeyini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla Samsun ili merkez ilçeleri örneklem olarak seçilmiş ve bu örneklemde, müftülüklerce düzenlenen aylık mutat toplantılara katılan Yaz Kur'an Kursu öğreticilerine konuyla ilgili anketler uygulanmıştır. 505 anket formu değerlendirmeye alınmış ve anketlerin incelenmesi sonucu elde edilen veriler SPSS programıyla çözümlenmiştir. Elde edilen veriler öğreticilerle yapılan yüz yüze görüşmeler ve gözlemlerle de desteklenerek konuyla ilgili bulgular ortaya koyulmuştur.Kur sistemi, eğitim öğretim etkinliklerinin sırf öğreticinin inisiyatifine bağlı olmaktan çıkarılarak düzenli plan, program ve ders etkinlikleri oluşturması açısından faydalı bulunurken; sistemin öğreticiler tarafından, sistemi uygulanabilecek düzeyde anlaşılamadığı ve uygulanabilme oranının 6 yıllık süre zarfında beklenen düzeyde yükselmediği görülmüştür. Eğitim seminerlerinin yetersizliği, öğretici sayısının ihtiyacı karşılayamaması ve öğreticilerin unvan, eğitim düzeyi, mesleki bilgi ve beceri gibi özellikleri açısından farklı düzeylerde oluşu gibi nedenler sistemin uygulanmasında karşılaşılan problemler olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu anlamda, öğreticilerin sisteme uyum sağlayabilmesi için onlara sistemin daha iyi anlatılması, öğreticilerin sisteme inanmasının sağlanması ve bu çerçevede yapılan çalışmaların yeniden gözden geçirilmesi tavsiye edilmiştir.Anahtar Kelimeler:Yaygın Din Eğitimi, Kur'an Kursları, Yaz Kur'an Kursları, Kur Sistemi
The main purpose of this study is to set forth what the teachers of Summer Quranic courses think about the successive system at the Quranic courses put to be applied by the Presidency of Religious Affairs in 2005 and its level of working. For this purpose, the central counties of Samsun were selected at sample and a questionnaire was administered to the teachers of Summer Quranic teachers at monthly meetings arranged by Samsun?s provincial director of religious affairs. From these questionnaires, 505 were taken and evaluated by SPSS Program. In addition, through interview by students and observation the results were supported.While the successive system was found as useful in terms of construction of the course, plan, program and teaching activities; this new system was not used appropriately by teachers at the courses, thus expecting results could not be achieved for the last 6 years. It was also found that the insufficient education in service, the number of teachers, the educational levels of teachers, their professional knowledge and capabilities are still problem. In this context, it is suggested that the new system should be taught to the teachers more seriously, the necessity of the new system should be accepted by the teachers, and studies done in this area should be re-examined, and lastly more new studies should be done.Key Words: Common Religious Education, Quranic Courses, Summer Quranic Courses, Successive System
