İbn Hazm'ın El-Muhallâ Adlı Eserinde İmam Şâfiî'ye Ait Görüşlerin Tahkiki (İbadetler Örneği)

Abstract

Çalışmamızda İbn Hazm'ın el-Muhallâ adlı eserinde İmam Şâfiî'ye ait ibadet konusundaki görüşleri tahkik etmeye çalıştık. Tezimizde 409 tane görüş ele alınmış olup, bunların 12 tanesi yanlış görüş olarak tespit edilmiştir. Bu hatalar Taharet, Hayız, Namaz, Oruç ve Hac konularında bulunmaktadır. İncelenen görüşler İmam Şâfiî'nin el-Ümm adlı kendi eseri ve Şâfiîlerin ünlü eserlerindeki gürüşleri ile teyit ve tasdik edilmiştir. Ayrıca, bu çalışma sayesinde el-Muhallâ'da bulunabilecek daha fazla hata olduğu ihtimaline inanıyoruz. Bu nedenle, gelecekte buna benzer çok çalışma olacağını temenni ederiz. Böylece, o çalışmalar el-Muhallâ'daki eksik bilgileri tamamlayabilir veya içindeki hataları düzeltebilir. Anahtar Sözcükler: el-Muhallâ, Ġbn Hazm, Ġmam ġâfiî, Tahkik.

In our research, we tried to investigate the opinion of Imam Shâfi'i relating to worship cases in the book of Ibn Hazm entitled al-Muhallâ. In this thesis, there are 409 opinions that have been investigated, and 12 of them we have defined as wrong opinion. These mistakes were found in chapter of Tohâroh (Purification), Hayd (Menstruation), Solâh (Prayer), Sawm (Fasting), and Hajj Pilgrimage. These mistakes have been confirmed and compared with opinions of Imam Shâfi'i in his book, al-Umm, and also in the books of famous Shâfi'iyyah scholars. And through this research we believe that there are more mistakes which may be found in the book of al-Muhallâ. Therefore, I hope there will be more researchs like this in the future. Thus, these researchs will be able to complement missing informations or to correct the mistakes in the book of al-Muhallâ. Key Words: el-Muhallâ, Ġbn Hazm, Imam Shâfi‟i, Investigation.
