The material of the case was an 11 year old female domestic short hair cat which was taken with the complaint of anorexia, weight loss and tissue loss of the upper lip. In the clinical examination of the case, either an ulcerative wound with tissue loss and hemorrhagic surface or an erosive focus covered with pseudomembrane 0.4 cm in diamater on the dorsal surface of the tongue was observed. Because macroscopic and clinical findings are found to be pathognomonic for indolent ulcer, after an eight day long antibiotic, steroid and Tarantula cubensis extract theraphy, ectoparasiteal medication and hypoallergic diet was performed. At the end of the 14th day, regeneration and remodellization of the upper lip and disappearance of the erosion on the dorsal surface of the tongue was observed.en_US
