Araştırma sonuçlarına göre gerek hamsi boylarının ve gerekse avlandığı ayların hamsilerin fiziksel özelliklerine, kas dokunun kimyasal özelliklerine ve de pul, baş, iç organ ve omurga kemiği karışımının kimyasal özelliklerine etkisi önemli bulunmuştur (P0,01). | en_US |
