Abstract
Serebrokortikal nekroz (SKN) beyinin serebrokortikal gri maddesini etkileyen yangısal olmayan ensefalopatiyle karakterizedir. Bu olgu sunumunda kliniğimize şiddetli tonik-klonik kasılmalar ve bilinç kaybı semptomlarıyla getirilen 5 aylık Golden Retriver ırkı dişi bir köpekte tespit edilen SKN tablosu değerlendirilmiştir
Cerebrocortical necrose beyin bölgesi ile nöbetler ve beyin hasarı (CCN) is characterized by a non-inflammatory encephalopathy affecting mainly the cerebrocortical grey matter. In this case report, CCN status was evaluated in a CCN detected 5-month-old female Golden Retriver puppy, which was brought to our clinic with severe tonic-clonic convulsions and phrenitis symptoms
