Tütün (Nicotiana Tabacum L.) Fideliklerinde Kullanılan Farklı Örtü Tipleri ve Tohumluk Miktarlarının Fide Gelişmesine Etkileri

Abstract

Ill ÖZ Bu deneme, Basma 8431 tütün çeşidi ile Tekel Enstitüleri Samsun Tütün Seneme İstasyonunda hazırlanan fide yastıklarında kurulmuştur. Samsun ekolojik koşullarında dört örtü tipi ve met rekarede sekiz farklı tohumluk miktarının fide gelişmesi üzerine etkilerinin araştırıldığı bu çalışma sonucunda, kullanılabilir fideler elde edebilmek için metrekareye açık ve kaput bezi ile örtülü yastıklarda 1.5 gram, polietilen ve camekanlı yastıklar da ise 1.0 gram tohum kullanılmasının en uygun sonucu verdiği anlaşılmıştır, örtü tipi olarak; zamanında yapılan ekimlerde açık yastıklar, geç kalmış ekimlerde ise diğer örtü tiplerinden biri nin tercih edilebileceği sonucuna varılmıştır. ABSTRACT This study was carried out with Basma 8431 tobacco vari ety on the prepared nurseries at the Tobacco Experiment Station, Samsun. The aim of the study was to research the effects of four cover types and eight different seed rates per square meter on the survival and growth of tobacco seedlings. The results of this study suggested that; the appropriate seed rates were 1.0 grams for the nurseries covered with polyethylene and glass, and 1.5 grams for the nurseries with no cover and covered with cotton cloth. The open nurseries must be prefer for the plant ings on right time. Growing under cover would be appropriate for the late plantings.
