Yabancı Sermayeli Kobi'lerin Karşılaştığı Sorunlar: Oka Kapsamındaki Şehirlerde Faaliyet Gösteren Kobi'ler Üzerine Araştırma

Abstract

Ülke ekonimisinde büyük pay sahibi olan KOBİ'lerin başa çıkmak zorunda olduğu üretim, yatırım, tedarik, yönetimde yaşadığı eksiklikler, nitelikli personel bulma, teknolojisini geliştirememe veya gelişmiş teknolojiye ayak uyduramama ve bilgi eksikliği gibi sorunların olduğu bir gerçektir Ancak tüm saydığımız sorunlardan daha önemlisi ve belkide diğer sorunlara kaynaklık yapan finansman ve pazarlama sorunları bulunmaktadır. Bu tez çalışmasında, öncelikle Türkiye'de ve diğer bazı ülkelerde KOBİ'lerin tanımları ve ülke ekonomisinde rolü, KOBİ'lerin genel ve üstün özellikleri, güçlü, zayıf yönleri, avantajları ve dezavantajları, Samsun ilinde faaliyyet gösteren yabancı KOBİ'lerin karşılaştıkları sorunlar ve bu sorunlarının aşılması için destek veren kuruluşlar, Türkiye ve Samsun ekonomisine etkileri hakkında bilgi verilerek, Samsun ili özelinde yabancı işletmelerle ilgili bir alan çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu çalışma ile Samsun'daki yabancı KOBİ'lerin genel sorunları ve özel olarak finansman ve pazarlama sorunlarının incelenmesi ve bu sorunların çözüm yolları incelenmiştir.. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yüz yüze anket tekniği kullanılarak Samsun ilinde faaliyet gösteren otuz adet firmaya yapılan anket sonuçlarına göre, yabancı KOBİ işletmelerin büyük bir çoğunluğunun finansal, pazarlama ve bürokrasi sorunları yaşadığı, bu sorunlarını çözümü için gerekli olan araçlar hakkında yeterli bilgi sahibi olmadıkları sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. In this study, the general problems of the foreign SMEs in Samsun and the financing and marketing problems in private and the ways of solving these problems were examined. According to the results of the survey conducted in thirty companies operating in the province of Samsun using qualitative research methods, face to face survey technique. It is concluded that the majority of SME enterprises have financial, marketing and bureaucracy problems and they do not have enough knowledge about the tools needed to solve these problems.
