Hadisleri Tedvin ve Tasnif Düşüncesinin Tarihsel Seyri

Abstract

Çalısmamızda, hadislerin tesbît, tedvin ve tasnif edilmesi düsüncesinin; hadislerin doğusundan itibaren, tasnif döneminin sonuna kadar gösterdiği gelisimin izlenmesi ve sosyo-politik olgularla iliskili olan sürecin izlerinden hareketle hadis edebiyatı eserlerine yansıma seklinin tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıstır. Hadislerin yazılması düsüncesi Hz. Peygamber'den beri var olduğu için, çalısmamız, Nübüvvetin ilânından, hadis edebiyatı türlerinin en nadide örneklerinin görüldüğü hicrî IV. yüzyılın baslarına kadar geçen zaman dilimini içine almaktadır. Ayrıca bu zaman dilimi içerisinde tedvin ve tasnif düsüncesini etkileyen etmenler ve bu etmenlerin eserlerdeki izleri üzerinde de durulmaktadır. Konuyla ilgili doğrudan bilgi veren kaynaklar yetersiz olduğu için, konunun incelenmesinde ulasılan tedvin ve tasnif mahsulü eserlerden hareketle bir takım çıkarımlar yapılmıstır. Düsüncenin ürüne dönüsmediği noktalarda ise, düsünceye dair rivayetleri incelemek suretiyle bazı tespitler yapma yoluna gidilmistir. Çalısmamızın sonucunda, Hz. Peygamber zamanından itibaren yazılmıs olan hadislerin tedvinine dair düsüncenin Hz. Ebû Bekir'den itibaren var olduğunu ve bu düsüncenin önce Ömer b. Abdülaziz'in sonra Hisâm b. Abdülmelik'in emriyle hayata geçirildiğini ve ?bn Sihâb ez-Zührî'nin tedvin düsüncesine çok büyük katkılarının olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Tasnif döneminde ise, tasnif düsüncesinin dönemin tartısmalarına cevap ve problemlerine çözüm sunma amacıyla sekillendiğini, farklı gayelerle değisik tasnif sistemlerinin kullanıldığını da ifade etmemiz mümkündür.In our study the aim is to follow the progress of the idea of determining and collecting and classification of the prophetical traditions, beginning from the emergence of prophetical traditions till the end of period we call as classification period, and to determine is reflexion mode on hadith literature depending on the traces of the progression related to the sociopolitical phenomenons. Because the idea of registering the prophetical traditions has been current since the time of the prophet, so our study will include the period between the announcement of the prophecy and the beginning of IV century A.H. at which the precious examples of hadith literature we could find. In addition, we will focus on the factors influencing the idea of collecting and classification in that period of time and their reflections on writings. Because of inadequacy of sources providing direct information about the subject, we have reached to some conclusions by way of other books related to collecting and classification which we have founded during our inquiries. When the idea didn?t make any product, we tried to reach to some results following the way of inquiring the hadiths related to the subject. As a result of our study, we can talk about that the idea of collecting prophetical traditions had been since Abu Bakr and that this idea was practiced by the order of Hisham b. Abdulmalik after Umar b. Abdulaziz and Ibn Shihab ez-Zuhri had a great contribution to the collecting idea. In addition we can talk about that the idea of classification was formed for the purpose of replying to the disputes of that era and giving solutions on its problems and that various classification techniques were used for different goals.
