Publication: Esnek Rezin Nanoseramik CAD CAM Blokların Tamirinde Uygulanan Farklı Yüzey İşlemleri ve Farklı Universal Adezivlerin Bağlanma Dayanımına Etkisi
Abstract
Örnekler uygulanacak universal adeziv sisteme (Futurabond M+, Single Bond Universal, Tokuyama Universal Bond, Clearfil Universal Bond Quick) göre rastgele 4 alt gruba ayrılmıştır (n=10).
Aim: The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of different surface treatments and different universal adhesives on the bonding of flexible resin nanoceramic CAD/CAM restorations with or without additional silane application in the intraoral repair. Materials and Method: Flexible resin nanoceramic (Ceresmart, GC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan) CAD/CAM blocks of 12×10×14 mm size and A2 color were used for this study. The blocks are divided into 12 equal parts of 6×5×2mm. The prepared samples were thermally cycled 5000 times between 5 and 55°C. After the thermal cycle, surface standardization was achieved with 600-grid sandpaper. The samples were divided into 4 main groups according to their surface treatments (control, hydrofluoric acid, diamond bur, tribochemical silica coating). Each main group was randomly divided into 2 according to whether additional silane application (Ultradent Silane) was applied or not (n=40). The samples were randomly divided into 4 subgroups (n=10) according to the universal adhesive system to be applied (Futurabond M+, Single Bond Universal, Tokuyama Universal Bond, Clearfil Universal Bond Quick). All specimens were repaired with a hybrid composite resin (G-aenial Posterior, GC Corporation, Tokyo, Japan). After repair, samples were thermally cycled 5000 times between 5 and 55°C. Then, the samples were subjected to shear test and the fractures at the interface of composite resin and CAD/CAM blocks were examined under a stereomicroscope. Results: The highest bond strength was obtained from the tribochemical silica coating group, and the lowest bond strength was obtained from the hydrofluoric acid group in the samples with different surface treatments. In the samples applied with different universal adhesives, the highest bond strength was obtained in the Clearfil Universal Bond Quick group, and the lowest bond strength was obtained from the Futurabond M+ group. Conclusion: Among the surface treatments, the highest bond strength values were obtained from the samples with tribochemical silica coating application. Among the applied universal adhesives, generally higher bond strength values were observed in Tokuyama Universal Bond samples. Additional silane application did not significantly increase bond strength in general.
