We reviewed the computed tomographic (CT) studies of 105 adults with various complaints. Spinal canal diameters were measured by CT using both the conventional and Jones-Thomson (JT) techniques at the level of the fourth lumbar vertebra. The data were statistically assessed in an attempt to define spinal stenosis.en_US
