Primary Carcinoma of the Neovagina: A Case Report

Abstract

We present a case of squamous cell carcinoma arising in the neovagina of a woman in whom we performed vaginoplasty 20 years before. To the best of our knowledge, this is the 23 rd case of total carcinoma arising in the neovagina constructed because of vaginal agenesis, and the 3 rd case of carcinoma arising in the neovagina performed without using a graft.
