Sera ve Açıkta Yetiştirilen Maviyemişlerin Büyüme, Verim ve Kalite Özelliklerinin Saptanması

Abstract

Bu çalışma, serada saksıda, arazide saksıda ve arazide masurada yetiştirilen maviyemişlerde fenolojik safhalar, büyüme, gelişme, verim ve kalite özelliklerinin saptanması amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma 2019-2020 yılları arasında Ondokuz Mayıs Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi araştırma ve uygulama arazisinde yürütülmüştür. Denemede beş yaşında kuzey orijinli yüksek boylu maviyemiş (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) çeşitleri ('Brigitta', 'Bluegold', 'Denise Blue' ve 'Patriot') kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada en erken çiçeklenme 9 Mart'ta (sera saksı, 'Denise Blue' ve 'Brigitta') gerçekleşmiştir. Hasat periyodu, yetiştirme yeri ve çeşitlere göre toplamda 9-10 hafta sürmüştür ve serada saksıda yetiştiricilik sayesinde hasat periyodu 3 hafta uzatılmıştır. Bitki boyu, yan dal ve çiçek tomurcuğu sayısı bakımından en yüksek değerler arazide saksıda yetiştirilen maviyemişlerde saptanmıştır. Meyve ağırlığı; yetiştirme yerine göre 1.89 g (arazi masura) ile 1.50 g (arazi saksı) arasında, çeşitlere göre 1.91 g ('Denise Blue') ile 1.53 g ('Bluegold') çeşidi arasında değişmiştir. Tane eni; yetiştirme yerine göre 14.98 mm (arazi masura) ile 13.83 mm (arazi saksı) arasında değişmiştir. Tane boyu; çeşitlere göre 12.71 mm ('Denise Blue') ile 10.57 mm ('Patriot') arasında değişmiştir. Tane sertliği; yetiştirme yerine göre 26.88 (N) (arazi saksı) ile 23.48 (N) (arazi masura) arasında, çeşitlere göre 26.72 (N) ('Bluegold') ile 20.47 (N) ('Denise Blue') arasında değişmiştir. Asitlik; çeşitlere göre 3.19 (%) ('Bluegold') ile 2.09 (%) ('Denise Blue') arasında değişmiştir. Meyve rengi L* değeri; yetiştirme yerine göre 42.15 L* (arazi saksı) ile 32.36 L* (arazi masura) arasında, çeşitlere göre 43.50 L* ('Patriot') ile 32.61 L* ('Brigitta') arasında değişmiştir. Meyve rengi a* değeri; çeşitlere göre 6.63 a* ('Patriot') ile 2.65 a* ('Brigitta') arasında değişmiştir. Meyve rengi b* değeri; yetiştirme yerine göre -28.64 b* (arazi saksı) ile -14.84 b* (sera saksı) arasında, çeşitlere göre -32.23 b* ('Patriot') ile -15.14 b* ('Brigitta') arasında değişmiştir. İlk hasattan son hasada doğru tane ağırlığı, tane iriliği, tane eni ve tane boyu değerlerinde azalma, meyve rengi L* ve b* değerlerinde ise artış tespit edilmiştir. Toplam verim; yetiştirme yerine ve çeşitlere göre 3981.23 g/bitki (sera saksı, 'Patriot') ile 636.59 g/bitki (arazi masura, 'Bluegold') arasında değiştiği saptanmıştır.This study was planned to determine the phenological stages, growth, development, yield and quality characteristics of blueberries grown in pots in both greenhouse and outdoor and raised-bed in the field. The experiment was carried out in experimental area of Agriculture Faculty of Ondokuz Mayis University during 2019-2020. In the study, highbush blueberry cultivars ('Brigitta', 'Bluegold', 'Denise Blue' ve 'Patriot'') (Vaccinium corymbosum L.) have 5 years old plants were used. The earliest blooming happened at 9 March (greenhouse x pot, 'Denise Blue' and 'Brigitta'). The harvest season was 9-10 weeks and extended by 3 weeks by growing blueberries in pots under greenhouse. The highest results of bush height, lateral shoots and number of flower bud were determined in blueberry bushes grown in pots under open air in the field condition. Berry weight; varied between 1.89 g ( field x raises-bed) and 1.50 g (field x pot) according to the growing place, and between 1.91 g ('Denise Blue') and 1.53 g ('Bluegold') variety according to cultivars. Fruit width; varied between 14.98 (field x raises-bed) and 13.83 mm (field x pot) acording to the growing habitat. Fruit size; varied between 12.71 mm ('Denise Blue') and 10.57 mm ('Patriot') according to the cultivars. Fruit firmness; varied between 2688 N (field x pot) and 23.48 N (field x raised-bed) acording to the growing place and between 26.72 (N) ('Bluegold') and 20.47 (N) ('Denise Blue') according to the cultivars. Acidity; varied between 3.19 (%) ('Bluegold') and 2.09 (%) ('Denise Bllue') acording to the cultivars. Fruit color L* (lightness); value varied between 42.15 L* (pot grown bushes in the field) and 32.36 L* (raised bed grown bushes) depending on the growing place and between 43.50 L* ('Patriot') and 32.61 L* ('Brigitta') according to cultivars. Fruit color a*; value varied between 6.63 a* ('Patriot') and 2.65 a* ('Brigitta') according to cultivars. Fruit color b*; value varied between -28.64 b* (pot grown bushes in the field) and -14.84 b* (field and greenhouse grown bushes in the pot) acording to the growing place and between -32.23 b* ('Patriot') and -15.14 b* ('Brigitta') according to cultivars. From the first harvest to the last harvest, there were a decrease in the fruit weight, fruit size, fruit width and fruit length, while we determined an increase in fruit color L* and b* values. Total yield varied between 3981.23 g/plant (greenhouse pot, 'Patriot') and 636.59 g/ plant (field raised-bed, 'Bluegold') according to the place of cultivation and variety.
