Samsun Atakum İlçesi Eğlence Yerlerinden Kaynaklanan Çevresel Gürültü Düzeylerinin Belirlenmesi

Abstract

KalabalıklaĢan Ģehirlerde kent kullanıcılarının hayatını olumsuz yönde etkileyen gürültü önemli bir çevre, yasam ve sağlık sorunudur. Ġnsanların çalıĢma hayatına uzun süreler ayırması ve değiĢen yaĢam Ģartları stresi artırmakta ve stresten kurtulmak isteyen insanlar, farklı aktiviteler yapmaya yönlenmektedir. ĠĢte bu aktivitelerin bir tanesini de eğlence hayatı oluĢturmaktadır. Eğlence yerleri, toplumun bir kısmının eğlenme ihtiyacını karĢılarken bir kısmı için ise önemli bir gürültü kaynağı olmaktadır. Bu çalıĢmada eğlence yerlerinin yoğun olduğu Adnan Menderes Bulvarında çevresel gürültü düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla 2 km‟lik alanda 3 Mayıs 2013 tarihi ile 6 Temmuz 2013 tarihleri arasındaki cuma ve cumartesi günleri olmak üzere toplam 16 noktada çevresel gürültü ölçümleri gerçekleĢtirilmiĢtir. Ölçümler sabah 05.00-07.30 saatleri arasında, akĢam 17.30-20.00 saatleri arasında ve gece 21.00- 23.30 saatleri arasında her bir noktada 5‟er dakika yapılmıĢtır. Ölçümler ortalama olarak değerlendirildiğinde; en yüksek ortalama gürültü değeri 71,1 dBA ile cuma günü 21.00-23.30 saatleri arasındaki ölçümlerde gerçekleĢtirilmiĢtir. Tüm ölçümler dikkate alındığında, en yüksek gürültü seviyelerinin 5. Nolu ölçüm noktasında olduğu belirlenmiĢtir. Mevzuat ile değerlendirildiğinde bölgede Lgündüz değerleri toplam 10 kez, LakĢam değerleri 169 kez ve Lgece değerleri 12 kez aĢılmıĢtır. Netice itibari ile Atakum Adnan Menderes Bulvarında eğlence yerleri kaynaklı bir gürültü kirliliği tespit edilmiĢtir. Because of the reason that people spend long times in working places and changing life conditions increase stress and the people who want to get out of stress tend to do different activities. Nightlife constitutes one of these activities. While entertainment places meet some of population‟s entertainment demand it constitutes an important noise for the other part of the population. In this study we carried out environmental noise pollution measurements to determine the environmental pollution levels in 16 points where entertainment places are abundant in Adnan Menderes Avenue in an area of 2 km during the period of 03 May 2013 and 06 July 2013 on Fridays and Saturdays. The measurements were at 05:00-07:30 a.m. hours in the mornings, at 17:30-20:00 p.m. hours in the evenings and at 21:00-23:30 hours at nights and for each point the measurement duration was 5 minutes. When we evaluate the measurement results in generally; the maximum mean noise value was 71.1 dBA at the measurements carried out on Friday at 21:23:30 p.m. hours. When we evaluated all of the measurement results, we found that the maximum noise level was at the measurement point 5. When we evaluate the results, Lday values were exceeded 10 times, Levening values were exceeded 169 times and Lnight values were exceeded 12 times totally in the study area according to the regulations in Turkey. As as result of this study we found that there is a noise pollution originated from the entertainment places on Adnan Menderes Avenue of Atakum district.
