İslami Marş ve Ezgilerde Araçsallaşma Sorunu

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 1985 sonrası Türkiye'de İslami hareketin bir parçası olarak ortaya çıkan müzik pratikleri, kamusal bir alan oluşumu ekseninde ele alınmaktadır. Dini ve siyasi yönleriyle müzik pratiklerinin kamusal bir ses oluşturma durumu, müziğin dini kültürel alan içerisinde araçsal konumunu öne çıkarmaktadır. Müzik, din ve siyaset arasındaki ilişkiler ekseninde şekillenen İslami marş ve ezgiler, dini bağlamda gündelik hayat pratiklerine ve düşünme biçimlerine dair analizlere imkân vermektedir. Bu analizler özellikle habitus, retorik, yabancı gibi kavramlar ekseninde kamusal alanın anlamına dikkat çekmektedir. Bu minvalde İslami marş ve ezgilerde habitusun özellikle iki boyutu ön plana çıkmaktadır. Bunlardan birisi, nostaljik ve ütopyan boyutları ile kamusal alanın tarihsel zaman aralığında ileri ve geri yönde hareketli bir alana dönüştürülmesidir. Diğeri ise kutsal ve demonik olarak ifade edebileceğimiz gündelik hayatın yatay ve dikey tecrübe edilme biçimlerine dayanan hareketlilik konusudur. Bu boyutlar içerisinde anlam kazanan İslami marş ve ezgiler söylemin dinleyiciye ulaşması ve burada karşılık bulmasına bağlı olarak bir hareket alanı inşa etmektedirler. Müziğin buradaki araçsal rolü de söylem ve pratik arasındaki bağı kurma biçimi ile ilişkili görünmektedir. Söylem ve pratik arasındaki bağın değişken yapısı ise araçsallaşma konusunu incelenmeye değer bir yere getirmektedir.

The musical practices emerged after the year '1985' as a part of Islamic movement in Turkey are discussed in the context of the formation of public space in this study. The position of musical practices with its religious and political aspects which creates a public voice emphasizes the instrumental position of the music within the religious and cultural fields. Islamic melodies and marches that have been shaped on the basis of relations between music, religion and politics allow us to analyze the daily practices and ways of thinking existed in the religious context. These analyzes especially draw attention to the meaning of public space in line with the concepts such as habitus, rhetoric and being stranger. In this respect, particularly two dimensions of the habitus come to fore in Islamic marches and melodies. One of these is the transformation of public space into a moving space in the forward and backward direction in the historical time interval with its nostalgic and utopian dimensions. The other dimension is mobility which is based on the horizontal and vertical experiences of the daily life can be expressed as sacred and demonic. The Islamic marches and melodies that have a meaning relating to the dimensions build a space of movement at the discourse about reaching the audience and being accepted. The instrumental role of the music seems to be related with the form of connection between discourse and practice. The variable structure of the link between discourse and practice makes the instrumentalization worth exploring.
