Abstract

Diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCLs) are a heterogeneous group of malignant neoplasms appeared in the lymphocyte cell lines, accounting for approximately 25-30%of lymphoma cases. The occurrence of primary urinary bladder or rectal lymphomas synchronously is uncommon, also first presenting sign of disseminated disease in bladder or rectum are considerably rare. Here, we report the first case of extensive DLBCL in bladder and rectum synchronously mimicking primary urinary bladder lymphoma in a 43-year-old male, relatively young patient. © 2016 OMU.
