Sinop ve Kastamonu İllerindeki Aphrophoridae, Cercopidae, Cixiidae ve Issidae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha) Familyası Türlerinin Taksonomik Yönden İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye'nin Batı Karadeniz Bölgesi'nde yer alan Sinop ve Kastamonu illerinde dağılım gösteren Aphrophoridae, Cercopidae, Cixiidae ve Issidae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha) türlerinin tespit edilmesi ve taksonomik yönden incelenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma alanından böceklerin habitat tercihlerine uygun farklı lokalitelerden 2016-2018 yılları arasında Aphrophoridae, Cercopidae, Cixiidae ve Issidae familyalarına ait 4.510 ergin örnek toplanmıştır. Örnekler laboratuvarda standart böcek preparasyonuna göre prepare edilmiş, incelenmiş ve mevcut literatürle kıyaslanarak teşhis edilmiştir. Araştırma sahasından, Aphrophoridae familyasından 4 cinse ait 10 tür, Cercopidae familyasından 2 cinse ait 3 tür, Cixiidae familyasından 4 cinse ait 4 tür ve Issidae familyasından 7 cinse ait 14 tür olmak üzere tür düzeyinde toplam 31 takson tespit edilmiştir. Her türe ait örneklerin taksonomik karakterleri ve bu karakterlerin literatür ile olan benzerlik ve farklılıkları incelenmiştir. Her taksonla ilgili dorsalden görünüm fotoğrafı, genel morfolojik özellikleri, erkek ve dişi genital yapılarının şekli, teşhis anahtarı, incelenen materyal sayısı, vücut kısımlarının ölçüleri, Türkiye'deki ve Palearktik Bölge'deki dağılımları verilmiştir. Tespit edilen türlerden biri Scorlupella medea (Issidae) Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir. Henüz kesin karar verilmemiş olmakla birlikte Aphrophora (Aphrophoridae) ve Tshurtshurnella (Issidae) cinslerine ait iki taksonun yeni tür olabileceği belirlenmiştir. Cercopis intermedia ve C. vulnerata'nın (Cercopidae) göstermiş olduğu renk/desen varyasyonuna ait veriler Türkiye'den ilk kez incelenmiştir.

This study was carried out to determine and investigate the taxonomic aspects of the species which belong to Aphrophoridae, Cercopidae, Cixiidae and Issidae (Hemiptera: Auchenorrhyncha) families distributed in Sinop and Kastamonu proviences, located in the Western Black Sea Region of Turkey. From 2016 to 2018, 4510 adult specimens belong to Aphrophoridae, Cercopidae, Cixiidae and Issidae families were collected from different localities according to insects' preferences. The specimens were prepared according to standard methods in the laboratory and identified by comparing with existing literature. 10 species belonging to the 4 genus of Aphrophoridae, 3 species belonging to 2 genus of Cercopidae, 4 species belonging to 4 genus of Cixiidae and 14 species belonging to 7 genus of Issidae were determined from the study area. The taxonomic characters of each species were examined with the literature in terms of their similarities and differences. Digital images of each taxon were taken from dorsal side. General morphological features, the shape of genitelia, identification keys, number of specimens, measurements of body parts and their distribution in both Turkey and zoogeographical areas have also been given. Scorlupella medea (Issidae) is a new record for fauna of Turkey. Two new species belonging to Aphrophora (Aphrophoridae) and Tshurtshurnella (Issidae) have been determined, but no final decision has been taken yet. The data about the color/pattern variation of Cercopis intermedia and C. vulnerata (Cercopidae) were examined for the first time in Turkey with this study.
